Celeste

Panic took over. I pushed my chair back, ready to run upstairs and lock myself in my room.

But before I could move, the door opened. A figure stepped inside, not the storm I had braced myself for. Not tall. Not broad-shouldered. Not him.

A girl.

I froze, unable to breathe. She was gorgeous—naturally so. Shiny hair, perfect skin, lips curved in a confident smile that made my stomach drop.

She wasn’t Jace. But somehow, that almost made it worse. Because if she wasn’t Jace... then who was she?

And why was she here? Most importantly, what was her relationship to him?

The girl looked around the dining room like she owned the place, then her eyes landed on me. Her smile grew wider.

But the smile she gave me wasn’t soft. It lingered just a little too long, her eyes sharp in a way that told me she hadn’t come to befriend me at all.

“You must be Celeste,” she said, her voice smooth and confident. “I’ve heard so much about you.”

I managed to find my voice, though it came out smaller tha

JaceI tried to focus on work, but my mind kept wandering. By late evening, I grabbed my jacket and bag, ready to head home.During the drive, a troubling thought kept bothering me. Why couldn’t I perform normally at home? It seemed I could only function properly when I was away from her. This question stayed with me until the driver announced we had arrived.“You’re back,” Aria said as soon as I got out of the car.“Have you been waiting for me?” I asked, reaching out to hug her. Instead of returning the embrace, she pushed me away.“What’s wrong, Aria? Why are you acting like this?”“Why?” she cried, and this time her tears were real. “Why did you tell that bitch your father doesn’t like me? You told her you wouldn’t marry me!”“What? Is this why you won’t let me near you? Who told you this?”“Your bitchy sister!” Aria screamed, loud enough for the maids to hear.“Shhh. Please calm down and tell me what happened.”I did my best to soothe her while she explained everything Celeste ha

JaceAfter that, I took a shower with her. We got dressed and headed out to have breakfast.“That sex was insane,” Aria said, smiling and glowing beside me. “Ever since we’ve been dating, you’ve never taken me like that, honey.”“I know. You asked me to fuck you well, and I did,” I said, even though I knew it was a complete lie. Crazy, right? But I had no choice. We sat down as the maids served us breakfast. I was still eating when I noticed her presence. I didn’t want to look up. I couldn’t—she was the reason all this shit was happening to me.“What the hell are you wearing?” Aria screamed beside me. All I wanted was to eat and disappear. I thought I could finish before she came down, but here she was.“Take that off!”I didn’t speak or glance up. It wasn’t my business, but this crazy bitch forced me to see her.“Baby, won’t you say anything?”I finally looked. I stared, taking in every inch of her beauty, letting it burn into my mind. My eyes slid down to her breasts—the ones I had

Jace“I’m fucking cumming,” I growled, slamming deeper into her throat. This—this was Celeste’s mouth in my head, warm and tight, choking on me just the way I craved. The rush tore through my veins, white-hot and vicious, as I fucked her face harder, using her until I spilled every last drop down her throat.“That was brutal, honey,” Aria purred, licking the cum off her lips. “I guess I awoke a monster part of you.”I didn’t waste my breath replying. I grabbed her legs, yanked her down the bed like she was nothing but a toy, and shoved myself inside her without warning. Her scream ripped through the room—high, broken, filled with pain and filthy pleasure. My cock drove into her wet cunt, stretching her wide, pounding deep like I was trying to split her in half. She clawed at the sheets, her body jerking violently under my assault, but I didn’t slow down. I wasn’t fucking her; I was using her.“Take it,” I snarled, gripping her throat and slamming harder, balls smacking against her. “Y

Jace“Aria, what the hell did you do to her?” I demanded the moment I stepped into my room. Her eyes watered, but I knew it was an act. She had to be the one who attacked Celeste first, yet damn it, I still fucking sided with her, even knowing exactly who she was.“Are you seriously yelling at me over that whore?” Aria snapped, her eyes blazing with rage. “You’re screaming because of her.”“I only asked you a question,” I shot back. “Why did you pick a fight with her when you know my father already doesn’t like you?”“I hate her!” she screamed. “I’ve hated her from the moment I stepped foot in this place. I knew…” She gasped, cutting herself off, unable to finish.I seized her hand, tightening my grip until she winced. “Tell me, Aria—what the hell did you know?”“Nothing, Honey,” she whispered, suddenly forcing herself to calm down. But I knew she was lying; she always got nervous when she lied. Still, I decided to let it slide.“You need to set a proper example here,” I said. “Maybe

CelesteShe ordered shots for both of us. I’d never had alcohol before, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to start now.“Just one,” she said. “Trust me.”The bartender placed two small glasses in front of us. The liquid was clear and smelled strong.“Bottoms up!” Elowen said.We threw back the shots together. It burned going down my throat, making me cough and reach for water.“First time?” the bartender asked with a knowing smile.“That obvious?” I gasped.“You’ll get used to it,” he said kindly. “The burning stops.”Elowen and Josh headed to the dance floor, but I stayed at the bar for a few more minutes, letting the alcohol settle in my system. I could feel it starting to relax me.“Ready to dance?” Lucas asked.“Not yet, I’ll come join you later.”After Lucas left, I faced the bartender. “Could I have one more drink?” I asked the bartender. “Something stronger this time.”He looked hesitant but made me another drink. This one went down easier, and soon I felt warm and confident.I stood

Celeste“Thank you, Mary. Can you call me a taxi now?”“Of course, Miss. It will be here in ten minutes.”As I waited, I thought about how strange my life had become. A few days ago, I was just a regular girl with normal problems. Now I was living in a mansion, fighting with my stepbrother’s girlfriend, and discovering I had access to more money than I’d ever seen. But money couldn’t solve my real problem—these feelings I had for Jace that were getting stronger every day, no matter how badly he treated me. The way he looked at Aria made my chest ache with jealousy I didn’t want to feel.Maybe spending time with Elowen would help me think more clearly. At least with her, I could be honest about what I was going through. The taxi arrived, and I got in, giving the driver Elowen’s address. As we drove through the city streets, I watched the mansion disappear behind us.I felt both relief and anxiety. Relief to escape the tension, but anxiety about what I might come home to later. One thin
