CHAPTER 31: Pregnancy Reports
"Why are you doing this?!"
Her helpless voice had Chris turned towards her. His eyes studied her carefully. From her exhausted face to her sweating body, he analyzed it all.
And why wouldn't she be exhausted? She had been running through the whole military track from past two hours.
"Because I can." He replied in sweetly sickening tone, walking towards her and forwarding her bottle of water. She was barely able to stand on her feets, her legs writhing and shivering badly.
She took it from him with breathless thank you, that made him almost smile. Even when he was drilling the hell out of her, she wasn't forgetting her manners. Sweet girl.
Too bad, Chris couldn't allow his heart to sway him. He had matters to even with her.
"That's an abuse of authority. I can complain to Sir Theodore." She said after drinking some drops of water and recovering her breaths.
