A bloody battle

The wind was gently blowing, but time seemed to stop as Gabriel listened to every sound. Then one particular noise caught his attention.

“Guss, you and the others take cover and wait for my order,” Gabriel shouted.

Guss echoed his young master’s word to the others, and they obediently followed the instruction.

A second after Guss’s statement, a bullet bangs into Gabriel’s car V-mirror and penetrates it, causing the mirror to shatter into pieces.
