I think her waiting is just gonna make it worse but then factoring in Karina and the power n influence Jason has I hope he did more than one test..

If Jason proves himself to be reliable in Don's life, it's time to fess up (even though the omniscient narrator POV has hinted that this situation is going to explode when Jason opens the DNA test paperwork, especially since Karina has rigged it to look like Maisie claiming Don is Jason's is a lie).
