The revelation

Dinner time came and everyone settled to share the meal prepared to them by the couple.

" I have to admit that you both are great cooks. Even with my little one being all choosy, I am liking every dish prepared." Vera commented, scooping some more rice into her bowl.

" Are you saying that my cooking isn't good?" Her boyfriend, Joahkim, complained with a pout on his face.

" No offence darling but I don't really like your oh so " nutritious food" sometimes I don't even Know what I am eating. I feel like getting pregnant is a torture to my taste buds." Vera replied straightforwardly, not minding to mince her words.

Everybody burst out laughing at Joahkim for being roasted openly by his woman.

" But I do everything to ensure that you give birth to a healthy baby!" Joahkim defended himself.

" It's good to be mindful of the health of the baby but that doesn't mean you will restrict the mother from meeting her cravings." This time, old lady Antonio chipped in, supporting Vera.

" I just get g
