The ride home was silent as several thoughts occupied my mind, Drew was also deep in thought as he didn’t say a word to me but instead concentrated on the road. The doctor had said I was two weeks gone, and this only meant one thing. I had gotten pregnant the first night we made love which was on my birthday. Shit! How could we both be careless about this whole thing, we needed to settle the issue we had at hand with our family first.

We got home and I walked out of the car and into the house immediately leaving Drew behind in the car, I walked straight into my room and shut the door without turning back around even though I had heard Drew calling my name severally, I paid him no attention, I needed to rest and think.

I laid on my bed as I reminiscence about everything that had played out the past few days, Drew was my step brother and getting pregnant for him was out of context for now till every was in place. No doubt he has been good to me these past days and for some reasons has c
