The War Is Over

Hannah:

After Bryan had been declared the next Alpha, what was left was for the ceremony to be held just after the burial of his father.

I didn't see the need for us to linger around any longer and suggested to my companions that we leave, they all seemed to agree with me.

There wasn't anyone we had to talk to anymore, if they were, we could make an official visit with the new alpha, but we still needed to inform him before we left completely, I just didn't want us inside these halls for much longer.

Also, the fact that they were all sad that a deranged maniac died just didn't sit right with me, but then again, it wasn't their fault, was it?

The room was still full so we struggled a bit to get to the doors. When we did, Harry and Carl went first while Tyrell lingered, he stared up at the podium, his brows knitted in confusion.

"What is it?" I asked scanning the podium as well to see if anything was amiss but everything was just the way it should be.

He sighed before shaking his head,
