The night had come.
Carla was doing Lilith's hair, make-up, and clothes as she was getting ready for the party.
"Just a little more patience, and we'll be set," Carla said quietly as she applied a faint lipstick on Lilith's lips.
"I didn't realize dressing up a girl took so much time," Tio remarked as he sat on the couch, already dressed in his attire, staring at Carla and Lilith.
"Geez, Carla was just so slow that's why," Stephen grumbled as he awaited Carla and Lilith. He was also dressed appropriately.
Carla told Stephen, "Shut up or I'll put some make-up on your filthy face."
"I'm just joking. What I mean is, just take your time. We'll patiently wait for you, girls," Stephen said, fearful of what Carla may do.
