"I'll stay here and keep an eye on Lilith; you should rest, Carla," Stephen protested as he got from his seat and walked over to the chair next to Lilith's bed.
"Don't worry," Carla said as she began to arrange her belongings at the table. "Lilith is already sleeping, and Tio is fine now. You don't have to worry."
"I'll go ahead," Drake said as he rose from his seat. "I still need to get back to patrolling. I'll come back later."
