CHAPTER FIFTEEN.

Gabby entered the sun-lighted room after a few seconds of hesitation from Rolland. He didn’t trust her with him, but what could he do? She was his wife after all.

Mill's head was propped up on his pillow as he sat with his back to the headboard of the bed. He seemed to be snoring but thank goodness this time he had a thin shirt on.

Gabby was relieved that he was asleep. She crept to the window to reduce the lightening using the window curtains as Mills was sleeping and had no use for it.

When she was done, she scanned the room area with her eyes while still standing. This room belonged to Mill's father, the man was notoriously known to have gotten his wealth illegally, she hadn’t been able to come around knowing what the family business was all about, but she didn’t care because in three days she was going to be out of here anyway.

Gabby’s eye caught a standing mirror opposite where she stood so she decided to admire her reflection completely ignoring Mills who was still sound asleep
