Jake
He had finished up later than he had wanted to but was still in time for Elena's check out of the hospital. He took the lift to her floor flanked by two guards nodding at the nurses in greeting before entering her room.
He found her sitting in a wheel cheer now dressed in normal clothes which was surprising because he had never seen her in anything other than her work outfits.
A nurse was helping her with her shoes and they both looked up as he entered the room, the guards standing outside the door. He quickly strode towards them with a panicked expression fixed on his face. The doctor in charge of her had told him there was no need for a wheelchair if the wound wasn't stressed.
" What's going on? Why are you in a wheelchair?" He asked looking from the nurse to Elena demanding answers.
" Good day to you too Jake. " Elena answered back with sarcasm. Jake ignored her turn

ASHLEY My eyes flicked open to see Jake looming over me with a frantic look on his face. Someone was screaming near and I looked around but didn't find anyone. " Elena, calm down. It's okay now, it was just a nightmare." He sat on the bed next to me and held me, making sure he didn't come in contact with my injured side. The screams finally stopped and my breath was coming out in short and harsh. I realized then that it was me who was screaming from the throbbing in my throat. I had taken something close to a bath earlier as most of my weight had to be placed on my right foot and I had to be careful not to get my left injured side wet. Ashley She turned off the shower as it had gone cold for a while and took the wet towel from the sink. She gently rubbed down the left side of her body that wasn't in the shower.
