After Two Weeks.

I woke up with a heavy heart. It has been two weeks since I came here and I still haven’t got the chance to talk with Aeon. I had begged my grandfather to let me call him, but he insisted that we needed to wait for Aeon to call me. And it felt like I was waiting in vain because no calls came for me.

I couldn’t understand why Pops was torturing me and wouldn’t allow me to call him instead. I’ve tried numerous times to sneak to the phone line, but I’m always caught, either by Momma or Uncle Audrus.

My only consolation was, that Uncle Audrus told me secretly that Aeon had been calling every day to check on me, but Pop had instructed everyone not to let me know.
