After I cleaned up the mess of clothing in our room, I headed downstairs and looked for Aeon. He was not inside the pack house, and I was told he was at the training grounds.

Instead of sending him a mindlink, I decided to go and see him personally. Since it was already nighttime, I was expecting there would be fewer people I would meet along the way, and I could just enjoy the quiet surroundings on my way to where he was.

I nodded and smiled at the warriors I met inside and outside of the pack house, and I couldn’t help but feel happy. They were looking at me with so much respect, different from the way they were looking at me when I came here for the first time.

Serenity purred in my head. She was loving her freedom, although she hadn’t shifted yet. And I was excited for her. I couldn’t wait until she could shift and be able to run around in our territory.

Our territory. Our pack. That sounded heavenly.

I smiled despite myself as my eyes scanned the surroundings. I used

I did enjoy all the speculations as to who Suzanne's fated mate was (as I sipped my Friday wine). But to take out one of the things you need to think about: Alexa is Achilles' daughter. I was starting to think Riley’s dad was Alexa’s mom’s mate, but the read sounds like He was consoling Suzanne. Her rejector did not console her.

I think it Rally father be cause her sister live their and that would effect her happiness knowing her Alpha did that to her sister but I know this brothers me she said in the Diary she thinks the baby was her mate but but what if she is really Rally sister that would be mine bowing just thinking.
