Chapter 2 - WOLF ME

It was soft and very comfy; it also smelt clean and salty. This was what I badly needed: the fresh air, a comfortable bed, and its soft materials; pillows that were as fleecy as feathers; white and fluffy—all were what my heart desired for a vacation. Oh. Just perfect!

I moaned as I stretched my limbs and smiled. What a nightmare! I knew it. Since the place was very new to me, it was really inevitable to have bad dreams, but so far, last night’s dream was the most terrifying dream I ever had in my life. It felt so real. So freaking scary.

Opening my eyes, the exhilarating view greeted me; the color of the sea and its calm ocean waves extending across were visible through the exterior glass wall in the room but...

It was the moment when I heard a growl that the sheet went flying because of the great surprise it put me in, gasping sharply. My back against the headboard as I balled myself in fear. My eyes tightly shut.

This isn’t my room; my room is right next to the beach, but not as open about over the ocean as to the fore.

Where could I possibly be? I couldn’t have possibly heard a chicken crowing; it was a growl! Last night wasn’t a nightmare?!

With valor, I barred one eye open only to scream with both eyes wide like a saucer —the wolf cropped up, making me jump out of my skin. This time I was truly screaming the whole place down.

I didn’t know how long I had been giving a piercing cry. I had just stopped because of the soreness in my throat, and seeing that the wolf hadn’t really made headway that could fuel the fear I was feeling at the moment; it was just staring at me with those red eyes.

My heart was still pounding greatly, sweat coating my spine.

“You didn’t eat me? Did you carry me up here?” I asked with a shaky voice. I swallowed hard to clear my throat. “Do you have an owner? Fuck! Why am I talking to a wolf? Yes, don’t talk, you’d kill me instantly if you did so. It’s enough that you’re here. You did not eat me, I’m safe. Thank God. Thank you.”

I closely watched the wolf as I made a move, drawing near the side of the bed. It was just staring at me; it was really massive, bigger than the human-sized Teddy bear my ex-boyfriend gifted me. If I stood straight on my feet, it would still lower my height. It must be a He. My eyes took a gander at its part, and oh. Yeah, it’s very red-blooded. I giggled. I couldn’t help it. Here I am, frightened yet, I was checking out a wolf’s dick!

His tongue was stuck out, his ears flat on his head; it looked riskless. Wholesome. Black fur covered most of his body. A black wolf. I had never been this very close to a wolf. I had seen photos on the internet, but a wolf as massive as this couldn’t ever be compared to the wolf posted online.

Taking a deep breath, I smiled at the wolf. He did not kill me. I was still complete from the tip of my hair strand down to my toenails. I felt no pain, woke up in a comfortable bed; all was good, hence, this wolf was safe. He could be someone’s pet.

“Alright. I’m no longer scared. Nope... I’m lying about it... just slightly scared, but I trust you now since you did not really tuck me away. I will get down from this bed coz I seriously need the bathroom, and you’d stay still, alright?” I sweetly gave him a smile. The wolf’s head tilted like a dog as if it tried to understand me before it got down on the floor. Wow, just great! “You understand. Good boy!” I exclaimed and laughed heartily this time.

The house was seriously beautiful; it was a Big Sur house overlooking the ocean. Impressive. From its stone and steel design, the house modeled a new masculine design.

I heard heavy and noisy stomps approaching—Oh no!. It’s the wolf.

“I can see food on the table, Wolf, is it for me? I’m hungry. And as nobody’s here, just the two of us, I’d say the food is for me, isn’t it?” I scoffed. “I sound crazy talking to a wolf,” I muttered to myself. There was a nagging thought it wasn’t just a wolf; it was giving me mysterious vibes I simply couldn’t pinpoint.

I felt it follow me from behind as I made my way to the table. My eyes checked out the food served on silver platters; they immediately made my mouth water. I audibly swallowed the liquid in my mouth. With all the stress and fear the wolf had caused me, merely by looking at the food, my whole mood changed. Whoever the owner of this house was, I was glad it came to his knowledge that food was ample compensation.

“Oh. Dear...how I love these!” I tasted one and had a mouthful of the other.

I didn’t even care about the sound the wolf made. It was ridiculous to think that it did scoff. The wolf could do whatever pleased him, but what pleased me more at this moment mattered. There were at least six different dishes: from beef stew to chicken dishes, vegetables, and good servings of seafood! Who said I hated this island? I’m fúcking loving it.

Looking out of the huge window, I saw the mighty beauty of the sea. I was so bored. Spending the whole morning and afternoon waiting for someone to show up surely made a strand of my hair grey. No one came through the door! Seriously? My only companion was the wolf that followed me wherever I went and whatever I did, it seemed to watch me through its scrutinizing eyes.

As I was afraid to go out, waiting would be the best option. I couldn’t afford to lose my way down or out of this forest; there could be many other wolves as big as the one in this room.

Breathing out rather exaggeratedly, I walked back to the room. I was bored to death. The program on the television was not that interesting. My phone was gone— I dropped it somewhere last night, I believe. I have no other company other than this wolf, and it was freaking unearthly. Wasn’t it supposed to eat me or someone who should have been home by now to check on this stranger in his or her home?

Why am I alone now?

“Dammít. This is frustrating!” I growled as I slapped my hands on the pillow. I saw how the wolf’s ear stood up in interest. “Don’t you get bored in here? Why don’t you go out and fetch your owner so I can leave as soon as possible?” I grumbled. I sighed down and rolled my eyes. “As if you speak.”

I walked to the big TV cabinet and opened its drawer. Oh, my...

I felt the warm shiver slither down my spine. I shouldn’t be doing this. It’s completely inappropriate.

Inside the drawer were adult toys of different kinds and sizes! There were vibrators too!

Hm-mm. An idea sprang into my mind...
