CHAPTER 19: STUCK

Silver and Archer ran at the speed of light when they noticed Gwen was nowhere behind them.

"I told you to keep your eye on her! What would happen if she found out?"

"Why are you getting mad at me? If you didn't argue about the flavor, then we wouldn't be running like this."

Silver abruptly stopped in his tracks and saw what they were fearing.

"Fuck, mission failed."

"Covers have been blown."

They appear to be bickering over something. After a few minutes, Gwen marched off while wearing a furious expression.

Before racing in to check on what happened, Silver examined the surroundings to make sure it was safe to proceed.

"Dude! What happened? Did she find out?"

"Almost, I made up some lies and told her I know Red. She didn't buy it and walked out."

They all blew a sigh of relief. The mission continues.

"Then what's the plan now? If she knew you were here she'd be on her guard."

"And what took you so long? It was so hard containing her in one place!"
