Samia SummersI would like to take the time to apologise to my readers for the ridiculous gap in my story. I lost someone very close to me, very suddenly and it broke me. As much as I wanted to write I couldn't do it. Every time I sat at the screen to put my keyboard to work my mind went blank, refusing to focus on anything but my grief. I'm doing a lot better. I still have bad days so I cannot promise to write daily but I will try my best and I am, determined to finish this story. I have so many more ideas I want to bring to life. The Patient's POVA burning sensation pulsed through my head like something was screaming inside my brain. My body ached and tensed with lightening hot pain, as if my limbs were twisting and breaking.
