Alessia’s Point of View:

“Dad, stop crying. She’s going to be alright.” Noah’s concerned voice is what caught my attention.

He looked at Dad who’s sitting beside Naomi’s hospital bed and holding her cold hand while tears cascading down his cheeks.

“I have been feeling uneasy this whole night as if something will happen wrong but I still chose to sleep, Only if I know that this would happen…” regret and pain were written all over his face as his voice with full of anger with himself covered my ears.

Dad wiped his tears using his other hand while tightening his grip on Naomi’s hand, slightly caressing her palm.

He lowered his head to kiss Naomi’s hand before biting his bottom lip to prevent himself from sobbing.

“Drink up,” Dad raised his eyes to the glass of water blocking his sight causing him to see my Mom.

He accepted the water before drinking it, eyes were on my Mom.
