He was the kind of man I wanted Bryan to look up to. The kid also saw him as his hero.

"Uncle Max, what's it made of?" Bryan asked curiously, staring at the smoothie.

"There are fruits in it. A lot of different fruits you'd love. Just have a sip and you'll see how nice it is" He assured him.

"I love fruits. I love bananas and strawberries" He displayed his dentition.

"That's just beautiful. Trust me, you will enjoy this. No run along and go play with the soldiers. Be careful!" He concluded as he discharged Bryan.

I watched as he danced gleefully to his room. I was really glad Max was just right in time to correct the mess I made. Otherwise, I would have had a disgruntled Bryan all day long.
