" Long time no see, little sparrow"

I felt like peeing on myself due to terror.

All my prayer was that he's not the one, the guy that made sure he made my life a living hell.

But no one calls me little sparrow except him, I wonder why he ever calls me that.

Sometimes, I think he's a psychopath.

I shivered as I turned to face him.

The one I dreaded the most my life, he had already trapped me in between the locker.

" Miss me already sparrow," He said devilishly.

" No, leave me alone!" I tried to say boldly for once in my life but it came out as a little kitten begging for its life.

He seems to be more taller and built than the previous session and I was getting shorter each time we're together.

Lucas, yes that's the name of my tormentor who made my life so unbearable.

I don't know what I did to him, that makes him bully me every fucking second, even the school officials seem to care less about my plight.

Why would they?

I was a nobody with no important or influential status while he's the son of a multi-billionaire.

His father donates a huge sum of money to the school and is also part of the school board.

So if he does anything wrong, he always had a way of shutting their mouths with god-damned money.

I wouldn't deny the fact that Lucas was so damn handsome, he would be the first if they want to rate the most handsome guy in school but he was nothing compared to a monster.

I mean why would the hottest guy in school see to it that he must frustrate my life always.

I don't understand, there are a lot of cute sexy girls he can disturb but why does it have to be me always?

" Who wants to be with a slut like you in the first place?" He growled and my eyes Sting with tears.

But I fought it back, I won't let him have his way this time around.

" Yeah, then what are you doing with me if I'm a slut, leave me alone then," I said feeling hurt.

His words always had a way of shattering my heart and he doesn't care how heavy his words are to me.

His eyes darken as he pulled my hair.

"Little sparrow has some guts now," He said devilishly.

"Please leave me alone," I said weakly trying to free my hair.

"What are you doing with this bitch Lucas?" Jenny purred as she walked gracefully to Lucas.

She had been enemy with me right from day one and being the cheerleader in school, she's very proud and arrogant.

She's also a rich girl whose father is known as the top-rated wealthy man in the USA, rumors had it she was Lucas's girlfriend.

But I know that's a lie, she had been pushing and forcing herself on Lucas all the time.

" So pathetic!" She scuffed as she looked at me.

" Please let me go, I would be late for class," I pleaded to Lucas whose eyes glued on me.

And the worst of it is that we're in the same class.

"Hey, dude!" Ben,  One of Lucas's friends who is part of the jocks walked over to us.

' Oh no! not today, can't I ever have a break?''

Ben was also crazy like his friend Lucas, everyone knows them as best buddies and two of them together make me see hell daily.

He's just as tall and built as Lucas but Lucas was more handsome than him.

People always worshipped the floor they walked.

They wouldn't want to get themselves into trouble with these bad boys.

"Oh, Nerdy is around!" He said with a smirk.

Thank God the hallway was now getting empty, students were already in their classes if not they would have attracted them to make jest of me and that's so embarrassing.

"Please let me go!" I pleaded.

"Not so soon, Sparrow" Lucas smirked feeling satisfied with my weak reaction.

"Man, we gonna be late for class, let's leave her for now," Ben said on my behalf as he patted his back.

For the first time, Lucas listened to his friend and pushed me roughly away as all my books fell on the floor.

I bent down to pick it when Ben kicked the one I was about to pick far away giving me a crazy smirk.

"Aren't you supposed to say thank you for saving your fat ass?" He grinned evilly.

"Thank you!" I said frightening.

Lucas gave me one long stare before Ben pulled him away.

"Weak!!" Jenny scuffed as she flipped her hair and walked away in her black short leather skirt with high boot heels with a blue turtle neck crop top.

She looked so damn hot but her behavior was like a devil.

I removed my glasses as I cleaned my tears with my clothes.

I cleaned my glasses too, I packed my books quickly and the one Ben kicked away.

It's has been a part of me, that I laugh at my stupidity sometimes.

I wonder why I'm so weak like Jenny said, yes I have to who wants to listen or be feared by a poor girl like me.

I stood up dusting away the dirt on my skirt as I walked towards the class.

I heard Mr.Walton already teaching in class.

'Oh God! I'm so done for!'

Mr.Walton is a very strict man and he doesn't like lateness at all.

I had forgotten it was biology this morning, those lunatics did well in delaying me.

I mumbled some prayers before I pushed open the door and walked in.

All eyes diverted on me like I was an alien who was not supposed to be on earth.

" Miss Evans, can you tell us why you're late for class?" Mr. Walton asked as he adjusted his glasses looking at me.

" Uhm!...” I stammered thinking of what to say as my tormentor gaze caught with mine daring me to say a word.

"I had stomach cramps, so I had to go the toilet," I lied looking away from Lucas.

"Oh well then, you know I don't tolerate lateness but I would pardon you on this," Mr. Walton said as he took his book on the table.

" Thank you, sir," I said with relief.

" Aww poor Nerdy had a cramp, could it be that..." Christiana mocked as the whole class erupted in laughter.

I lowered my head as I tried to sit with a brunette girl.

" Don't sit with me trash!" She said scornfully as she kept her bag on the empty seat.

I could feel those pair of green eyes on me which belonged to Lucas.

" Did you realize I'm still in this class?" Mr. Walton roared making everyone silent.

"Miss Evans find somewhere to sit," Mr. Walton said as he faced the board back and continued with his writing.

" Hey sit with me," A cute blonde guy offered.

I bet I've never seen him before, I think he's new.

His brown hair was curly and he had cute chestnut eyes.

" Thanks!" I said shyly as I sat beside him.

I brought out my book and pen and started writing what Mr. Walton was writing on the board.

" Charles and you are?" He asked flashing me a smile and God I felt like melting.

' Camilla wakes up, it won't take them long before they join him to bully you also,' My mind announced.

"Camilla," I said coldly as I continued writing in my book.

I was grateful he didn't ask any more questions as we continued with our works.

I felt uneasy like someone was boring some holes at the back of my head.

I looked back and saw a fiery Lucas, his facial appearance looked angry with clenched jaw as he stared at me.

I quickly faced front regretting why I looked back.

Mr. Walton explained his notes and all I was thinking is how to disappear immediately after the class ends.

Spending more than hours in Mr. Walton's class the bell finally rang.

I packed my books hurriedly and zoomed out of the class.

" Camilla! Camilla!! Wait!!!" I heard someone calling behind me trying to catch up with me.

I glanced back to see Charles jogging after me.

" Hey! Where are you running to?" He asked chuckling.

" Ehm nowhere!" I said as my eyes scanned the hallway praying I don see them.

" How about we become friends?" He offered scratching his hair.

I was taken aback by what he said.

No guy ever asked to be friends with me before.

" No, you can't!" I said fastly as he arched his brow.

" Why?" He asked.

" Because you don't know me!" I said.

" I don't care if I don't know you, I just want to be your friend," He said taking a step forward to me.

' Run! Run!! Run!!!'  My mind rang in my ears.

Without saying anything, I took to my heels running away.

2 hours later,

It was time for a break, and I was relieved I hadn't stepped into the den of the Lion.

Beatrice told me earlier she would meet me in the canteen, so I decided to go there.

I collected my food from the counter as I walked shyly to an empty table.

" Hey Nerdy!" A familiar voice said and it was no other than Jenny.

She was sitting on Lucas's legs while her friends and Lucas's friends were also present.

' Seems I had no luck today!' 

I decided to ignore her and walk on.

" Hey Nerd, are you deaf or what?" She said raising her voice higher making her crew laugh.

" Little sparrow, come here!" An authoritative voice said stopping me in my tracks.

I swallowed deeply as I turned back to meet those terrifying green pair of eyes on me.

I found myself taking steps closer to them and I stopped only a few inches away from them as they all mocked me with their eyes.

My palms were getting sweaty but I held my food tray tightly as my life depended on it.

" You called me," I stuttered as I gazed at Lucas.

" So you decided not to answer me when I called you dummy!" Jenny said evilly as she stood up from Lucas's laps walking over to me.

I moved back a little, suspecting what she's about to do.

" Jenny, take a look at her horrific clothes, so embarrassing," Bella her friend said laughing.

" It's so tatty, they're nothing but rags," Jenny smirked as she touched my skirt.

Her friends burst into laughter, and I almost felt like crying, tears already glistened around the corner waiting for a downpour.

I glanced at Lucas and he gave me a satisfying smirk.

I couldn't take it anymore, the humiliation and everything it's so aggravating.

I turned back to walk away when Jenny grabbed my arm and pushed me on the floor as all my food poured on my clothes and tray making a loud noise causing attraction from everyone.

" We aren't done talking with you bitch!" Jenny shouted as she grabbed my hair.

" What did I do to deserve this?" I asked weakly as my tears poured freely from my face making my glass blur.

" Awwn cry baby!" Bella mocked as the rest laughed too.

All along Lucas's stares never left me.

" Get your freaking hands off her!!" Someone shouted making Jenny move back in surprise.
