8 The Terror of The Ex

That Monday Kaluna went to school as usual, wondering silently if Estefan had arrived at the teacher's office ready to remind her of the rest of the week's punishment.

"Luna!" Yohan's voice called out as Kaluna was walking in the corridor. "How are things with Mr Stefan?"

Kaluna gave Yohan a quick glance and wasn't sure if she should share her experience dealing with Estefan. Ever since Rara's betrayal of her, Kaluna didn't trust friends anymore.

That's why she was never interested in making friends with anyone in previous schools.

"Mr Estefan is really consistent with his words," Kaluna said without stopping her steps. "I'm surprised he hasn't expelled me from school yet."

"I told you, you'd better resign yourself," Yohan commented while raising one eyebrow. "Why wait for Mr Stefan to expel you?"

"I already told you why..." Kaluna said as she walked slowly. "If I come out first, that means Mr Estefan wins."
