7 Accept My Feelings!

Kaluna was playing with her mobile phone when a hand reached out and took it from her.

"Mr Estefan ...?" Kaluna was a little surprised.

"Who told you to play with your mobile phone?" asked Estefan coldly as he looked at Kaluna. "I told you to stand up."

"I did, Sir." Kaluna nodded as she straightened up.

"You're wearing a miniskirt again?" asked Estefan probingly as he swept his eyes over Kaluna's skirt, which was just above the knee. "You can't understand my instructions very well?"

Kaluna just grinned to herself, she was surprised that Estefan only realised it now. Even though she had been wearing her miniskirt again since a few days ago.

"The problem is this, I took the fastest one in the closet." Kaluna reasoned. "I got this one."

Estefan sighed, he was not a patient person actually. However, his profession as a teacher required him to have patience in dealing with his students.

"I'm confiscating your mobile phone," Estefan said flatly. "And you must remain standing until the rest of my lesson is over. Understood?"

Kaluna nodded her head.

"Yes, Sir." She nodded lightly as Estefan walked away with her mobile phone into the classroom.

Obviously, Kaluna seemed to take it easy when Estefan confiscated her mobile phone because she still had quite a lot of idle mobile phones at home.

"Wow, keep getting punished!" Yohan poked his head out of the window of the next classroom and teased Kaluna.

"Shut up, you just study there." Kaluna sneered back. "Good boy."

Yohan just grinned and pulled his head back. Kaluna stood up and yawned occasionally until the class time rang loudly.

Estefan came out of the classroom and approached Kaluna who was still standing strong.

"Here's your mobile phone," Estefan said flatly as he held out the flat object to Kaluna. "Now go to class, follow the lesson well and try not to cause any more trouble."

Kaluna nodded as he received his mobile phone back.

"Thank you, Sir!" She said with a sweet smile and waltzed away from the homeroom teacher. It wasn't Kaluna if she never made trouble at school.

The girl was determined to continue causing trouble until Oasis High School made the decision to expel her from school.

"Luna, don't you get tired of making trouble with Mr Stefan?" Clara commented in disbelief. "It's really scary to see Mr Stefan angry like that. "

Kaluna put her bag on the table and sat down casually.

"Mr Estefan is fun when he's angry," Kaluna commented lightly as she propped up her chin and looked at the whiteboard.

"You don't have to act so much, Luna," said Davi, the class leader. "We'll all be affected."

"I don't think so," Kaluna argued nonchalantly. "Because every student will bear their own sins, Davi. So you don't have to worry about it."

Davi chose to remain silent and not respond. It wasn't that he was afraid to fight Kaluna, but letting her do whatever she wanted was the wisest decision.

Kaluna herself remained relaxed during class time, until it was break time and she went straight to the canteen ahead of her friends.

Kaluna was glued to her seat as Estefan walked past her desk. The young teacher was seen ordering something from one of the canteen staff. Afterwards, he sat at a table some distance away from where Kaluna was sitting and waited for his order while playing with his mobile phone.

Kaluna sipped her orange ice slowly, while occasionally glancing at Estefan who was looking at his mobile phone seriously while one hand adjusted his glasses that sagged on the tip of his nose.

At that moment, Kaluna understood that Estefan's figure was admired by most of the female students at Oasis High School.

Estefan, who was busy texting with his mother, occasionally glanced at Kaluna who immediately busied herself with stirring her orange ice using a straw.

There was another urgent matter that was bothering Estefan's mind besides his student's rule violation. For some time now, his mother had been urging him to meet the girl she planned to set him up with.

Estefan's brain was thinking very hard, he had to find a good reason to reject his mother's plan regarding the arranged marriage.

***

Kaluna walked through the teacher's office cheerfully. Although she had come early in order to fulfil her obligation to serve the punishment Estefan had given her, but the girl did not mind because arriving at school while it was still quiet was a rare experience for her during her time as a student.

"Please, accept my feelings!"

Kaluna slowed her footsteps when she heard a female voice from the teacher's office whose door was open.

"Sorry, I can't."

Kaluna's eyes widened when he heard Estefan's voice replying in his signature flat tone.

"But Sir, I really like you ... Can't you accept my feelings?"

"You should be aware of the status between you and me, because teachers and students are not entitled to have a special relationship beyond anything." Estefan cut in coldly and firmly.

Kaluna glanced slightly through the crack of the door and saw the female student forced herself to smile but was not strong enough to reply to Estefan's words.

"Outside of school, we are no longer teacher and student." The female student said after a few moments of silence, then she turned around and walked quickly out of the teacher's office that very second.

Kaluna had been staring at the departing female student who ran away, until she realised something too late and ....

"What did you see?" asked a voice with an icy tone that Kaluna had started to memorise.

"Ah, Sir ..." Kaluna winced and somewhat cringed as well when she realised Estefan's sharp gaze that felt a thousand times sharper than a sword when he caught her eavesdropping.

"Hurry up and do your punishment," Estefan ordered coldly. "Clean up the teachers' office before the rest of the teaching staff arrive."

"Yes Sir," Kaluna nodded as Estefan walked past her without a smile.

Kaluna shuddered and quickly carried out the punishment given by her homeroom teacher.

Before the bell rang, Estefan checked his mobile phone in the teachers' toilet. It turned out that Vivian had been calling him repeatedly since earlier, but of course Estefan didn't care about it.

In addition to Vivian's missed calls, there was a message from his father that really disturbed Estefan's mind that morning. His father had sent Estefan a message reminding him to attend a meeting with the candidate he was planning to marry in the near future.

"Mom, I'm tired of teaching at school." Estefan protested when she called Vivian in the afternoon when she finished teaching. "So don't force me to go to a meeting like that."

"It's an important meeting, Rey." Vivian said. "I just want you and that girl to meet first, or I'll sack you as a child."

"Mom, that's too much!" Estefan protested, making his mother laugh softly from the other side.

"Mom doesn't want to know, Rey. Early next month I'll take care of everything," Vivian continued firmly, which Estefan clearly couldn't argue with one bit.
