Who?

I carefully jumped over the balcony of his room, landing very gently, without dislocating my legs or arms. I looked inside, he struggled to untie. He was too much, treating his children more than animals. I gently pushed open the balcony door and stepped in.

"Who?" he asked.

"Shut up, I'm here!" I spoke softly.

“Brittany? How can I come here?"

“This is not the time to talk about this. You untie me and we have to get out of here. Dad is collaborating with Mrs. Emma Howard to bring her aunt's corporation to bankruptcy. We only have five days to save this.” I said as I untied him. Five minutes, his limbs were released.

He quickly got out of bed, grabbed a small bag in the closet, and gathered all the files, documents, and laptop into it. He put his phone in his pocket and rummaged through the closet for something.

“What are you looking for? Let's go quickly!" I urge. He tossed me a stiff, rectangular object. "What's up?"
