Chapter 21 : The apologies

Hudson had spent the night, tossing and turning as he replayed the argument with Annette in his mind. He knew he had messed up, as the soft morning light seeped through his curtains, and he realized it was time to make things right with her because he was very sure Annette would be pissed at him for what he had said and how he had treated her?

Yes! And even though he still doubted the fact that she didn't sleep with them to get the contract he shouldn't have treated her in that manner, or said those words to her. So he knew he had messed up, and he needed to make amends.

Because of this, he decided to order breakfast in bed for her. Once he was done getting ready for the day, he picked up his phone to call the restaurant. He was ordering breakfast and also a bouquet of roses.

"Hello, this is the restaurant. How may I assist you?" The lady inquired.

Hudson settled into one of the empty couches and replied, "I'd like to order breakfast for my room. Room 114."
