“She’s a fucking beast,” the classmate agreed. “At least it’s over now.”

So I never write or comment in these… BUt, I am so invested in this story. In my heart I believe Gavin and Judy should be together. There are allot of loose end that we will have to hang-on through but I truly believe they will make it in the end.

I get that real people and characters have insecurities. They struggle to say what needs to be said. But at a certain point, it's self-destructive, and judy is well past that point.

Even Gavin -- as a person or a character -- would be improved if he couldn't get away with walking all over her all the damned time. His character would grow. It would be more interesting. It would be easier to root for this relationship if it weren't so ridiculously toxic.

Honestly, Judy -- as a person or a character -- would be vastly improved by actually showing these characteristics rather than them being described in third person exposition.

3) She's a strong, independent woman who refuses to stand up for herself at quite literally any point in the story where it would make her appear strong or independent outside of the Gamma competition.

2) She's a fantastic strategist, except when she needs to strategize. [Eg, When Sammy was caught going through her shit; When Sammy was detained for literally spying on her AND Alpha Levi; When Gavin had the bartender call her for help & the bartender told her he got drunk of of one drink, Rachel]

1) She's this exceptional fighter, except when she needs to be. [eg, when she and Irene were abducted by Rogues; every time Ethan got physical with her; and when Sammy saved her in the Gamma competition.)

Judy's main flaws as I see them are:

Gavin doesn’t trust Rachel, therefore he should drop her off where her dropped the maid problem solved.

Elizabeth I agree. What she is saying is delusional. How do you do what they have done and not fall in love with him ? She didn’t tell him about her dad in jail , he found out and got him out. She did not want his help ! Also she does for him more !

Question for you. What are the many flaws Judy has ? Just trying to get others perspectives. The only thing I think she does really wrong is doesn’t speak up and say something to defend herself. It’s annoys me sooo damn much when anyone does that. I’m like get a back bone ! Her lying too

At this point, for me, this book would be doing everyone who reads it a disservice to pair Gavin with Judy. He may be handsome, wealthy, and great in bed, but he's toxic af, and we all deserve better. Despite all of Judy's flaws, and she has many, insecure doormats also deserve better than him

I think Gavin is using Judy only to satisfy himself, he doesn't know what or who he wants. Rachel should be caught sooner than later and we need more chapters and faster, can't wait for more chapters ...

Just because the author says he’s a Lycan alpha doesn’t make him strong. The authors needs to show through his actions and loyalty to Judy that he strong. Look at all the comments. It’s clear the readers aren’t convinced. Clearly Judy will move on. It’s too predictable. Yawning

Even unofficial relationships should respect individuals; what Judy and Gavin has is an unhealthy codependency. Those who think this is ok bc it isn’t official clearly don’t understand how the female brain works & how women bond via physical intimacy unless they have had past trauma. It’s unhealthy.

At least she could celebrate her results with Matt. That’s a bit special. I feel Matt may be the key for Judy and Gavin, but I hate how messed up this story has gotten. Gamma decision is going to hurt everyone. I really don’t want Levi and/or Ethan to win and Rachel/Lila needs to be found out & go.

I feel like I could’ve written this at like 10 years old. What’s with the same sentence restructured and repeated within the same paragraph. The internal monologues for the characters don’t even sound like themselves anymore.

As much as I hate that he’s ghosting Judy, I do kind of get that he’s somehow protecting her from Rachel. What I’m hating the most is the inconsistencies in the timelines and that gestures or things are implied but never really addressed. So many gaps.
