"What the hell do you mean, 'what do I need to bring'?!" she asked, her voice raised and her tone angry. She wasn't about to go anywhere with him. For one, she never seen him in her life before last night, and for another, he was absolutely terrifying.
'Except when he held me, he felt so.. perfect,' she thought, then internally scolded herself for even thinking it. Was she completely insane? He'd clearly been ready to murder someone just a moment ago. Lukas had smiled as she was placed on the seat next to him, looking absolutely terrified. He kept quiet and stayed still, trying not to add to her fear. It was hard though, he could sense that she was injured, and the instinct to heal her was difficult to resist. Yet he knew they'd all have to tread carefully with this one, none of them wanted to spook her too much. Or too much more, at least. Ashallia groaned softly as she stirred, her stomach joining in shortly after. She was starving. She stretched, before opening her eyes to see an unfamiliar room, 'Where..?' she thought, until her eyes fell on the man seated opposite, and she remembered clearly. She froze, as he was looking straight at her. "Hey," he said softly, with a friendly-seeming smile, before glancing quickly across from him. Her eyes followed, and fell on creepy guy seated on the couch with her, his hands on her feet in his lap. Gasping softly, she sat up suddenly, grabbing the edge of the couch tightly as she expected another wave of dizziness. It didn't come though, and the man opposite smiled wider, "You're okay now," he said reassuringly, "and safe." He glanced at creepy guy again, who was still just staring at her. Henrik sat through the meeting, bored out of his mind. He didn't know why they insisted he be here, it wasn't like he had any power here, they wouldn't allow it. 'For now,' he thought, shifting in his seat while those deemed more important than him continued to drone on about things that didn't affect him. He was getting impatient, and this didn't seem to be wrapping up anytime soon. They didn't even allow him to bring any of his electronic devices in here, which at least could have made passing the time easier. And so he sat, getting more and more restless as time went on. As they stood in the lounge, she looked up at Jason, his dark eyes studying her face as he touched it lightly. She felt nervous, and blushed when his hand moved from her cheek, brushing one of her curls back from her face. He smiled, and she couldn't help but notice how attractive he was, when he wasn't so terrifying.Even as intimidating as he was, he had that strong, chiseled kind of face she loved, with the most perfect dark eyes and hair. All three of them were attractive like that, really. His quietly confident nature intrigued her too. Lukas seemed more like Josh, charming and playful, while Mikael seemed charismatic in his own, more serious kind of way, like a natural leader type. Jason dragged himself away from her, as hard as it was, and let her have some space. It had taken all of his willpower to restrain himself when he saw her blushing and all wound up like that, so close to him, but he was wary of spooking her and driving her away. He sighed, opting for a cool shower himself, to help him think. They needed to start making some plans today, preferably while she slept. He didn't want her to see into that part of their world just yet, that kind of thing would send any sane person running. After he'd washed and dressed again, his head clearer, and he went downstairs to find his brothers sitting at a table out by the pool, talking quietly. They looked up when he came out, Mikael raising a questioning eyebrow. She twisted her fingers tighter in his thick, dark hair, moaning softly as he kissed her with a fiery passion. Damn, he tasted incredible, and she couldn't get enough. As she felt her heat growing inside her, he suddenly lifted his head, a sense of disappointment filling her. But he wasn't stopping, he stepped back, carrying her with him over to the bed. She held on with her arms and her legs wrapped around him, her mind feeling clouded with arousal. Laying her down gently, he leaned over her, pulling his shirt over his head before he kissed her again. Her hands wandered over his thickly muscled shoulders, loving the feel of them, and his strong, powerful body on top of hers. She lifted her knees either side of him, eager to feel him through the thin fabric of her underwear, and he didn't disappoint. Jason held her close to him as her breathing slowed and she drifted peacefully into sleep. He smiled, breathing her in. She was perfect, and this was perfect, her laying here in his arms. He didn't want it to end. He stayed with her a while, but slowly felt his restlessness building. They really needed to get everything planned and ready. Sighing softly, he slowly unwound his arms from her, careful not to wake her. Placing a soft kiss on her cheek, he pulled the covers up around her, making sure she was warm, then got up and pulled his jeans and shirt back on, quietly heading back downstairs. Lukas was in the lounge with his laptop, and he looked up, raising an eyebrow as Jason came in. He shrugged, "She was spooked, but we.. talked," he said awkwardly, "She's asleep." His kisses made her feel so breathless, amongst other things, and this one was no different. He was so hard to resist, and some part of her felt like she needed him, but that was just as terrifying as the man himself could be. She shouldn't need anyone, especially not someone who.. She tensed as she thought of the conversation she'd overheard earlier, and he sensed it, lifting his head and looking into her eyes. 'Shit,' she thought, as he studied her. She'd hoped to get him to let his guard down enough to trust her to leave. That was why she hadn't argued this time, when he said they'd get her things. Maybe if she seemed less desperate to get out of here, letting them take on the saviour role they seemed so intent on, they'd be more willing to allow her to leave, thinking she'd come back.
