Ash frowned at Lukas, sensing his unease, and hesitation, as he sent the message. It was echoed in Alex and Mikael behind her, and she couldn't help feeling some herself, wondering what their other cousins were like to cause them to feel like this, assuming that's who 'Vik' was. Jason pulled her hips close as he kissed her deeply, letting his need for her overwhelm him. She embraced it fully, returning his kiss as she wrapped her arms around him, and he felt her need for him too. Yet there was something else there too, something.. deeper. He looked down into her beautiful green eyes as he tried to place the feeling, and she smiled up at him, blushing. He smiled back, and she lifted his shirt until he pulled it over his head, letting it drop to the floor, before lifting hers. Ash sighed softly as he curled his body around her, and she snuggled back into him, entwining her fingers with his as he wrapped an arm around her. He pulled her tight against him then, whispering softly in her ear, "Mine." She couldn't help but smile, nodding her head gently as she felt waves of fierce possessiveness coming from him, intertwined with those warmth threads of affection. "Yes," she whispered back, and he sighed with the same contentment she always felt now, when wrapped safely in his arms. Mikael sighed as he started to explain everything to Viktor. He mostly focused on the weapons, but there was some background information he needed to know too, about who these men were, and the kind of power and influence they had. Or once had, given that at least three of the key members of the network had been killed when they went for Jason, plus Henrik. He left out Ashallia's presence during it all, and the abilities she'd begun showing. Not just because he was wary and distrustful of Vik and his brothers, but also because she wasn't exactly aware that those deaths were mostly caused by her. Ash was relieved when Jason whispered that they were leaving, even if she didn't like that it seemed to be on Mikael's terms, rather than her own. She quickly slipped into the bathroom to change, and Jason led her from the overcrowded room, and towards the lift. Surprisingly, Nate caught up to them, just as the doors began to close, joining them inside. "Couldn't stand being in there much longer either," he said, still sounding irritated, "Not without giving him a long overdue punch to the face, anyway." Ashallia widened her eyes at him, but Jason chuckled softly, squeezing her hand. "Long overdue, and well deserved," he said quietly, making her frown, uncomfortable with so much talk of violence. Jason moved closer to Ash, his arm around her waist, as he eyed Vera with distrust. From the little he'd seen of her family so far, and the way she'd been so eager to leave them, he didn't much like seeing any of them here. His suspicion of her only grew, as she mentioned Kevin, apparently saying more than she intended. "I'd also like to know," he said suddenly, making the woman frown at him, suddenly seeming nervous. "I.. " she started, looking between him and Ash, "I think that's something Ashallia and I should discuss another time, alone." Ash and Nate both tensed at that, likely disliking her unwillingness to speak about it as much he did. He sighed deeply, turning to Ash, "We should finish your shopping," he said quietly, and Vera's eyes widened, and she shook her head. "Oh my, no. You're not going to leave already, are you dear? Ash let him lead her to a small Italian style cafe, where they sat and had coffee while waiting for Nate to join them again. Jason's company was enjoyable, if sometimes quiet, but he spoke in other ways, especially touch. Like now, as he held her hand over the table, lightly stroking her fingers with his thumb. It was sweet, and she smiled at him, enjoying the feel of him being close. It wasn't long until Nate found them, and Jason moved to sit beside her instead, resting his hand on her thigh as Nate sat opposite. She turned his hand over, slipping her fingers between his and squeezing his hand gently, and he returned it. Most of lunch was spent that way, with lots of little touches, in between eating and talking, and she found herself enjoying it immensely. Nate was good company too, warm and friendly, seeming more like Lukas than Alex, but a little more reserved. The walk back to the hotel was a pleasant one, as he enjoyed Ash's presence next to him. He could feel her contentment, as she chatted casually to both of them, and couldn't help but let it infect him too. The mood changed as they entered the room, though, finding Luke and Cameron still there. They looked anything but happy, and there was still a certain tension in the air. Nate noticed it immediately too, "What?" he said as he looked over at them, and they both sighed heavily. "Vik is still hesitant," Cameron said, sounding irritated, "Alex and Mikael went with him, hoping to convince them." Jason swore under his breath, shaking his head, and Nate sighed deeply. "It'll be days before they get back," Nate said, sounding frustrated, "How can he still not see the urgency?!" Cameron shrugged, running a hand through his sandy blonde hair.
