Chapter 1

Olympus:

Oceanna POV:

               I don't know how long I have been here, probably because all I know is pain, that made the days and nights a blur. On top of that, there is this constant ache in my chest that will not go away. Some days it feels like I will die and some days I barely feel it at all but it is always present. The woman that was keeping me in this place came into the room smiling. “Ah you're awake, this is great news. The last time when you went under, I didn't think you would wake up. I don't know why the water isn't healing you completely, but trust me I will find out and make you all better.” “Why won't you just let me go, let me go home to my dad. I am certain he would know what to do, just let me go.” I pleaded for the thousandth time. Siqiniq sighed in frustration

         “For the thousandth time I can't let you go, because you won't survive the trip, once we get you completely healed, we can discuss you going back. Now come over here, you need to get in the pool for a bit because tonight I am taking you to a formal dinner. It will be so much fun, you will meet my people, we will eat, and dance all night long. Your father use to be the one to host all the parties here before he left.” Siqiniq said, her smile faded and her eyes turned sad filling with tears that Siqiniq refuse to let fall as she relived the memories. “You keep talking about my father, but refuse to tell me how you know him. From the way you talked about him you act like you guys were close, did you know my mother as well?” I asked and her entire body looked blurry like it looks when you look above a fire.

             “Your father is a God, your mother was a weak human, she would never be worthy to come to Olympus let alone lay her gaze upon me.” Siqiniq said in disgust. “Um, I don't know how yall work up here, but I will tell you where I’m from bitches get slapped for talking about someone's momma. I don't know you, but I really don't care to know you, but what we not doing is insulting my mother.” I said as I felt my powers surge. I was gradually tapping into my power but I made sure that Siqiniq didn't know it. “My apologies, it has been a stressful day planning this dinner, it is so important to me, because I will be introducing you to everyone.” Siqiniq said shaking her head as her body relaxed.

             The more she talks the more I think something must have happened between her and my father and it didn't end well. But if that was the case she wouldn't be treating me so well. Well for a kidnapped victim, who isn't allowed to leave the palace stuck on the very top floor of a castle where you couldn't even see the ground below it was just clouds. I couldn't remember everything I have been through, I do remember saving Hunter and feeling weak afterwards. I thought it was because I used powers that I didn't know how to control. But after I saved Lynn's mate, everything went black, I remember hearing voices but not being able to understand what was being said. I was in so much pain I could barely breathe it felt like a huge weight was pressing down on my chest. Then the next time I woke up, I was in this place, that Siqiniq said was Olympus. I didn't know how I got here, but I was determined to find a way to get the hell out.

           I know Warlus has told my father about everything that has happen, so I know he is looking for me. I just have to make sure I stay alive long enough for him to find me. My thoughts drifted to Hunter yet again and the ache I always felt when I think of him came back full force. I don't know what is happening to me, but whatever it is I know Hunter has something to do with it. I thought as someone entered my room, pulling a rack with a lot of dresses on it. I sighed knowing I have no choice but to attend this introduction dinner. This might be the perfect time to find out the best route to take my escape. I Smile getting excited about this upcoming dinner, it may not be so bad after all.
