When I rejoined The crowd outside there weren’t too many people looking at me like I expected them to. I lowered my gaze and realised that the training had started. I felt awkward participating. Alpha Kaden was nowhere to be seen. I helped myself to a corner and watched the training. It was basically the warriors training the werewolves how to fight. I should have been patient and waited until the fight to beat Shadow's ass.

I wanted to head back upstairs but I knew it would only drew unnecessary attention to me.

I wrapped my arms around my body, I really didn't belong here.

“Hey,” Jack's familiar voice called beside me.

“Aren't you going to join the rest of the wolves?” I buried my face in my palm, thinking back to how I'd disrespected Alpha Kaden. It didn't matter much how he treated me when we were alone, I should have given him the ultimate respect.

Jack sat down beside me regardless and shrugged his shoulders.

“Ugh, you must hate me too.” I groaned, sighing and shaking my head at
