The host said and the audience cheered.
“Y’all won’t believe who we are going to be having on stage today, even I can’t still believe that we are going to be interviewing none other than thee….” Mergan paused as she tried to pique the interest of the audience including those who might be watching out home.
Those in the audience held their breath as they waited to see which fashion icon would be coming on stage today.
Booze is Los Angeles’ number one fashion media house, so they know that anyone coming here today is a fashion icon, designer, etc.
After looking at the crowd the host spoke “Y’all know that every Tuesdays, Booze fashion media houses host some of the most popular fashion icons,designers, fashion models, etc. But today, we are not just going to be interviewing a fashion icon, nor are we just going to be interviewing a fashion designer, today we are going to be doing an unveiling!!”
“Believe me when I tell you that this is the day we all have been waiting for the past five years!!”
“Today we are going to be Interviewing and unveiling no other people than the fashion designer, fashion icon and the owner and CEO of QuickFashion, Stephanie Quick!!”
The Interviewer screamed in excitement and so did the crowd.
“Haaaaa!!” The audience screamed and so did those who were watching the live interview in their homes.
They looked towards the entrance as they waited for the anonymous CEO of QuickFashion to step out from it.
She was putting on a black mini flare skirt, with black jacket and a V-neck white long sleeve blouse and dark stilettos.
They have all been anticipating this for the past five years, they have all been waiting to see who was behind the success of QuickFashion.
Hanan stepped into the interview room with a smile on her face as she waved to the crowd”
The crowed screamed “She is so beautiful, look at her skin and gold eyes”
“She looks like a model”
“She is so fashionable”
Some in the audience commented
“OMG!! You are so beautiful” the host commented as she gave Hanan a hug at which she reciprocated.
“Thank you for hosting me on your show” Hanan said with a smile
“No no, instead thank you for agreeing to do this interview. It’s been 5 years since we all have been waiting to see the face of the one who is behind the great success of QuickFashion”
“It’s a pleasure”
“So tell us, we all want to know what made you decided to unveil yourself after 5 years of being anonymous?”
Hanan smiled and said “Well it was bound to happen, I have been anonymous for 5 years and I think my fashion house have grown to that point where I need to reveal myself”
Mergan nodded “That true”
“But the question some are asking is why did you choose to be anonymous?”
“Well my mom always say that with this face and body of mine I will definitely succeed if I decide to pursue my dreams. But I didn’t want people to wear my designs because of my pretty face and body, I wanted them to wear it because they see my real talent which is why I decided to be anonymous”
“But now that you have revealed yourself to the world and everyone now could see how beautiful you are, you will surely be getting a lot of sells”
Hana smiled “I hope my company does, must especially in the coming season”
“We hope it does, so going forwardd….”
In one of the elite night club in Milan, in a private room sat David at a corner drinking with two of his friends.
Both of his friends had lady companions but he didn’t, he was drinking alone while his gaze was fixed on the tv.
Showing live on TV was Hanan’s interview.
“Tsk tsk tsk, she is such a liar. The reason she had hidden herself was because she didn’t want you to find her, I can’t believe she could cook up such a lie” David’s British-Italian friend, Sam suddenly said.
“Well you don’t expect her to tell them that, do you?” Diego who is a black-Italian said
Sam scoffed and turned his attention back to the TV
“So tell us miss Quick, what is your next plan for QuickFashion”
“My next plan is to take QuickFashion to Europe”
“Really!!?”
Audience cheered excitedly
“Yes, I will be moving to Italy and will be setting up a branch there”
“Wow, that will be great”
“Oh mine, she is setting up a branch here, I can’t wait to work with them, ” Sam’s girlfriend, Tina said excitedly.
She is a model and as a model she is excited to work with a foreign fashion company brand.
Sam looked at her and rolled his eyes
“You were able to convince her to move to Italy?” Diego asked David who has been silent ever since.
“Mmm” was his only response
“Don’t tell me you have forgiven her for suddenly disappearing ten years ago, didn’t know you were this soft” Sam said in annoyance.
Sam is from a British-Italian conglomerate family.
While Diego on the other hand was more of a self made billionaire.
Although David came from a conglomerate family, since he took over the Salvatore Group of Companies, their family wealth has skyrocketed.
So amongst them three, he is the most richest and powerful.
Diego looked at David who bore an emotionless look on his face. It is impossible to tell what was in his head, he has been this way ever since they knew each other in high school.
The only person he ever smiled at during high school was Hanan, his first love.
But when Hana suddenly disappeared he never smiled again.
Even as his friends, he hardly even spoke a word to them.
Since he has found Hanan, Diego hopes that he becomes less rigid.
David still kept his hard gaze on the TV
Earlier on he had no idea that she was going to do an interview. But just an hour ago one of his bodyguards who had traveled with Hanan called to tell him about her plans of doing an interview.
That is the reason why he had made sure they turned on the TV so he could watch her interview on the foreign channel.
Although it was 11pm here in Milan, it would be about 1pm in the afternoon in Los Angeles. Italy is about 8 hours ahead of Los Angeles, United States.
He dropped his drink and stood up, then picked up his suit.
“Where are you going to, aren’t you watching the interview anymore?” Shem asked him
David didn’t respond to him and just headed out.
“Don’t tell me you are going home already?”
Sam didn’t understand why he was leaving.
“Work” David murmured but it was loud enough for them to here
He didn’t say any other thing and just left
Sam sighed “He still remains a workaholic”
“I thought since he already found her he will be less rigid and not have to drown himself at work”
Diego just drank in silence and didn’t respond to what Sam was saying.
He understood David much better than Sam did.
Although he has found Hanan, the reason for her disappearance ten years hasn't yet been revealed.
