It was dark. Khakis stiff body was still in my arm, as I plodded down with him on the ground. Refused to let him lay there alone. And I was humming, the humming I used to do every night before I sleep. I smooth down his fur. I succeeded to make him sleep this time. He is usually the worst when it comes to sleep. Early dawn easily slipped through the end of night, open another curtain of new chapter of life.
