Chapter 24.2

We both laugh at it before looking at the restaurant in front of us. "Such a romantic place to be for a friendly date of yours, Lester," he chuckled at me before he pulled me with him to the door.

"Good evening to both of you! Table for two?" a lady in her middle age asked when we enter the magnificent hall of their restaurant.

"That's a question that doesn't need an answer," I said to her then smiled.

She nodded and then motioned us to follow her. I pulled my hand from Lester. He halted to glance at me but he understood it and nodded at himself before walking toward the lady.

When the lady left us, a waiter came in. The waiter who is a young man didn't ask what is our order and just let us have time to look at the menu.

"Just give a salad to me and you order the rest," I said to Lester before letting him order while I glanced at the whole scenery of the restaurant.

The warm light is covering the whole restaurant. There is a small chandelier that has a candle
