The words stayed with her all night.

Next time you call me that, I might not stop.

Aria barely slept. Every time she closed her eyes she heard his voice again, low and rough, like a promise and a threat at the same time. By morning her body felt restless and tight, skin too sensitive under the soft cotton of her sleep shirt.

She came downstairs late on purpose. Dominic was already at the kitchen island with a mug of coffee and his laptop open. He looked up when she entered. For a second his eyes moved over her bare legs and the way the shirt hung off one shoulder. Then he looked away.

“There’s coffee,” he said.

“Thanks.”

She poured a cup and leaned against the counter opposite him. The silence stretched. She could feel him trying not to look at her. She could feel herself hoping he would.

“I meant what I said last night,” he said finally, still staring at the screen.

“I know.”

“Good.”

She took a sip of coffee and watched him over the rim. His jaw was tight. The muscle there flexed once, twice. He was fighting himself again. The knowledge sent a slow heat through her stomach.

She set the mug down and walked around the island until she stood beside his chair. Close enough that the hem of her shirt brushed his arm when she shifted.

“Dominic.”

He closed the laptop. The click sounded loud in the quiet kitchen.

“Don’t,” he said.

“Don’t what?”

“Whatever you’re about to do.”

She rested one hand on the back of his chair and leaned in just enough that her breath touched his ear.

“You said next time.”

His whole body went still.

Aria let the word fall soft and deliberate between them.

“Daddy.”

For a heartbeat nothing happened.

Then his hand shot out and gripped her waist, hard enough to pull a small sound from her throat. He stood in one smooth motion, turning her so her back hit the edge of the counter. His other hand braced beside her hip. He was close enough that she had to tip her head back to meet his eyes.

“You don’t know what you’re asking for,” he said, voice low and strained.

“I think I do.”

His gaze dropped to her mouth. She watched the exact moment his control cracked.

He kissed her.

It wasn’t gentle. It was hungry and angry and full of everything he had been holding back. His mouth opened over hers, tongue sliding deep, one hand sliding up into her hair to tilt her head exactly how he wanted it. Aria made a soft broken sound and clutched at the front of his shirt. He pressed her harder against the counter until there was no space left between them. She felt him, thick and hard against her stomach, and her knees went weak.

Dominic made a rough noise in his throat and kissed her deeper. His hand left her hair and trailed down her side, over the curve of her hip, then lower. When his fingers slipped under the hem of her shirt and found bare skin she gasped into his mouth.

He pulled back just enough to look at her. His eyes were dark, pupils blown wide.

“Last chance to walk away,” he said, breathing hard.

She shook her head.

His hand slid higher under the shirt until his palm covered her breast. No bra. Just warm skin and the tight peak of her nipple against his hand. He groaned like the contact hurt him. His thumb brushed back and forth, slow and deliberate, and Aria’s head tipped back against the cabinet.

“Fuck,” he muttered.

He kissed her again, deeper this time, while his hand kept exploring. When his fingers finally slipped beneath the waistband of her shorts she was already soaked. He cursed softly against her mouth and stroked through the wetness, finding her clit with practiced ease.

Aria’s hips jerked. A helpless sound escaped her.

“That’s it,” he murmured, voice wrecked. “Let me feel how much you want this.”

He rubbed slow circles, then slid one thick finger inside her. The stretch made her moan. He added a second and curled them just right, thumb still working her clit, mouth on her neck. She clung to his shoulders and tried to stay quiet. It was impossible. Every stroke of his fingers pulled another soft broken sound out of her.

“You’re going to come for me,” he said against her throat. “Right here in the kitchen. Like this.”

She nodded frantically, past words.

He worked her faster, deeper, the wet sound of his fingers moving inside her obscene in the quiet house. The pressure built until it snapped. Aria came hard, thighs shaking, face pressed against his chest to muffle the cry. He held her through it, fingers still moving, dragging every last tremor out of her body.

When she finally went limp he eased his hand out of her shorts. He brought his fingers to his mouth and tasted her without breaking eye contact. The look on his face was pure sin.

Aria’s legs felt like water. She opened her mouth to say something, anything, but the sound of a car door slamming outside froze them both.

Dominic’s head snapped toward the front of the house. His whole body went rigid.

“Stay here,” he said, voice low and urgent.

He stepped back, adjusted himself with a wince, and walked toward the entryway. Aria stayed pressed against the counter, heart slamming, shorts still damp, the taste of his kiss still on her tongue.

She heard the front door open.

A familiar voice floated in from the hallway, bright and completely unexpected.

“Surprise, you two. I caught an earlier flight.”

Aria barely slept. The words Dominic had spoken in the kitchen kept replaying in her head. Tonight. My room. I need to be inside you again. Combined with the way he had touched her right there under the same roof as her mother, the memory left her restless and aching. She waited until the house went completely still. No light under her mother’s door. No sound of movement. Only then did she slip out of bed and walk the short distance to Dominic’s room. The door opened the second she raised her hand to knock, as if he had been waiting on the other side. He pulled her in, locked the door, and had her against it before she could speak. The kiss was slower than the ones before, deeper, almost careful. His hands framed her face like she was something precious and forbidden at the same time. When he finally pulled back, his eyes were dark and serious. “I’ve been thinking about you all night,” he said quietly. “About how you feel when I’m inside you. About how quiet you try to be. About

Her mother’s voice carried up the stairs, bright and ordinary.“I’m home! Who wants to help with bags?”Dominic was already moving. He stepped into the hallway just as Aria’s door clicked shut behind him. By the time her mother reached the top of the stairs he looked calm, composed, like he had simply been walking past.“I’ll get them,” he said.Aria stayed in her room, back against the door, trying to steady her breathing. She could still feel him inside her. The soft ache between her legs. The way he had said this is more than sex. She pressed a hand over her mouth and closed her eyes until the shaking stopped.Downstairs, ordinary life resumed.Bags were unpacked. Her mother talked about traffic and a sale on the wine Dominic liked. Aria eventually came down and helped put groceries away, hyper-aware of every time Dominic moved past her. Once, while her mother was bent over the refrigerator, his hand brushed the small of Aria’s back, fingers spreading just long enough to feel posse

Dominic opened the bedroom door only wide enough to block the view inside.Aria stayed frozen on the far side of the bed, sweater clutched to her chest, heart slamming so hard she felt dizzy. She could still feel him between her legs. The sheets were a mess. The air still smelled like sex.“Glasses?” Dominic’s voice sounded almost normal. “I think I saw them on the bathroom counter earlier.”Her mother’s soft laugh floated in. “Of course. I looked everywhere except the obvious place. Sorry for bothering you.”“No bother.”The door clicked shut. Footsteps moved away. Only when the master bedroom door closed again did Aria let out a shaky breath.Dominic turned to her. His expression was tight, eyes still dark with leftover heat and fresh adrenaline.“That was too close,” he said quietly.“I know.”He crossed the room, cupped her face, and kissed her once, hard and brief. “Get dressed. Go to your room. We’ll talk tomorrow.”She nodded, pulled her clothes on with trembling hands, and sli

Dominic walked out of the laundry room like nothing had happened.Aria stayed behind for a full minute, trying to slow her breathing. She could still feel the pressure of his hand between her legs. She could still hear the rough way he had said “Tonight.” When she finally stepped into the hallway her mother was coming down the stairs with the laptop charger in hand, smiling.“Found it,” she said. “Dominic’s so good at locating the things I lose.”Aria managed a small smile and escaped to her room before her face gave anything away. The rest of the afternoon stretched like a wire pulled too tight. They moved around the house in careful orbits. Her mother worked at the kitchen table. Dominic took a long work call in the study with the door half open. Aria sat on the living room couch pretending to scroll on her phone, hyper-aware of every sound. Every time he passed through the room their eyes met for a fraction too long. Once, while her mother was distracted by an email, his hand brush

The knock came again, softer this time.“Dominic? I thought I heard something.”Aria’s heart slammed so hard she felt dizzy. Dominic moved fast. He yanked her sleep shirt over her head, shoved her shorts into her hands, and pointed silently toward the small bathroom attached to the study. She slipped inside on trembling legs just as he unlocked the main door. She pressed her back against the bathroom wall, still naked from the waist down, shorts clutched in one fist, the other hand covering her mouth. Cum slipped down her inner thigh. She could hear everything.“Sorry,” Dominic’s voice came, calm and low. “I dropped a glass. Didn’t mean to wake you.”Her mother’s sleepy laugh floated through the door. “You’re working too late again. Come to bed soon, okay?”“I will. Go back to sleep.”Footsteps retreated. The master bedroom door closed.Aria stayed frozen until Dominic opened the bathroom door. His eyes swept over her bare legs and the evidence still glistening on her skin. Something

Morning felt heavier than the night before.Aria sat at the kitchen table pushing scrambled eggs around her plate while her mother talked about rescheduling meetings and how good it felt to be home. Dominic stood at the counter making a second pot of coffee. Every time he moved, the air seemed to shift toward her.She could still feel him. The slight soreness between her legs. The faint bruises his fingers had left on her hips. The memory of how he had filled her, hand clamped over her mouth, while the shower ran upstairs. Her mother reached over and squeezed her hand. “You seem quiet this morning, sweetheart. Everything okay?”“Just tired,” Aria said. She kept her eyes on her plate.Dominic set a fresh mug in front of her. His fingers brushed hers for half a second longer than necessary. The contact sent a spark straight down her spine. She looked up. His expression stayed carefully neutral, but his eyes were dark and knowing. The day passed in a blur o
