Kylie's POV

Mia shook my body, and I saw stars for a moment.

"It's not really a big deal. It's not a big deal, okay?" Resigned to my fate, I hurriedly tried to save my life.

Mia narrowed her eyes like a predator scenting blood.

“Oh. My. Gods.” She crawled across the bed like a gossip-starved gremlin. “You did something! You totally did! That look, you’re remembering something sinful! And right now, I demand you share it with me or I or I swear I’ll bug you like an actual bug!"

“Mia, stop!” I shrieked, throwing another pillow at her.

She caught it mid-air, eyes sparkling with mischief. “You little minx, did you guys have sex? You must have! Early-morning sex is like coffee! So tasty!"

I buried my face in the blanket, groaning. “We didn't do that!"

“Oh? Then what is it?” She asked, grinning like a lunatic. I knew very well this was her way of fishing for info, but I really couldn't resist spilling everything.

"We...he just touched me a little. That’s all.”

Her mouth dropped. “Touc

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 54

Kylie's POVWhen I woke up, I was surrounded by nothing but darkness. And the fact that my head was ringing so badly just made it worse. When I try to sit up, I felt dizzy for a split second, then slowly, memories of how I ended up here started coming back.Yes.Those creatures had drunk my blood.According to them, werewolf blood tasted even better than human. Two of them feasted on me like I was some delicacy, and the aftermath? Me fainting from losing way too much blood – and finally waking up here.I reached out to rub my neck, where I was sure their fangs had torn through. I cursed under my breath, wishing them eternal damnation. Then my eyes slowly scanned my surroundings.Right now, I was on a bed whose color I couldn’t even make out. The girls I'd been in the carriage with earlier were also on the bed, and our condition was pretty much the same, since I could vividly remember us sharing the same fate. And now came the most important question. How do I leave this place? Actua

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 53

Elara’s POVQueen shot through the woods like she had demons chasing her; or maybe she was the demon. I had no freaking idea. My body jerked with every jolt – every jump over twisted roots and fallen branches, and I swear my soul left my body at least twice. At first, I wanted to hold it in. I didn’t want to scream. I wanted to act brave and strong. I wanted to show Elijah that I was worth bringing along. But I didn’t even know when a scream tore out of my throat. Queen galloped so hard that the world blurred before my eyes, and before I could even settle—It continued!"AHHHHHHH!!!!"I screamed.I knew I was loud.Louder than I’d ever screamed in my life.Who to blame?I’d never experienced this kind of ride before. The wind blew my hair so hard that strands got all over my face. My teeth clattered. My eyes watered. And Queen; that monstrous, majestic but bitchy, four-legged freak just kept going like we were on a racetrack where she had to win or be torn apart.“AHHHHHH!” I shrieked

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 52

Elara's POVMy heart raced, pounding in my chest so loudly as I stared at the man across from me.He was hot, with black hair neatly slicked back. Time hadn't really left a mark on his face, but I could guess he was probably in his thirties, just from the mature way he carried himself. He was gentler than any man I had ever come across, and he had that deep baritone voice that struck a chord deep in my soul. When he smiled just now, it was as if an arrow embedded with hearts had pierced my chest. My heart picked up pace again. I'm not a fan of love at first sight, but never would I have thought I’d be sitting here in the woods, with a stranger older than me, one whom I know nothing about except for his name, and wild enough that I was actually dreaming about a future, with him... He glanced at me, and I stared dazedly at those mesmerizing blue eyes. They were simply hypnotic, drawing me in like magnet. He said something, but I couldn't focus on a single word that left his lips. Not

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 51

Four hours passed slowly, and by now, a light drizzle was falling from the sky, painting the land in a cold, silvery mist. The forest around us was cloaked in muted greys and deep greens, the leaves swaying as water slid off their leaves. Queen was still strong. Her hooves struck the wet earth firmly and steadily, her breath smooth despite the rough terrain — which was worse than I had initially thought. One of the Gammas nearly got tossed off his horse due to it.By now, the other horses were already panting and growing sluggish, noticeably falling behind that I almost couldn't sense them. After thinking for a moment, I finally glanced at the men who were some distance away. “Let’s pause for an hour so the horses can catch up.”They nodded, obliging, and we chose to rest beneath a large tree.At that moment, a part of me couldn’t help but think – maybe I should explore alone. The others could catch up later. And the more I thought about it, the more feasible it seemed.I glanced a

Elijah's POV"Alpha Elijah, you're here." Jorah stepped forward, nodding slightly. He was a young man in his early twenties, possibly the same age as my son. He had red hair just like his father, whom I used to be friends with. Until a few years ago when he unfortunately died, and since then, I didn't really pay much attention to this pack again.“Jorah.” I stepped forward, patting his shoulder gently. We could have talked about a lot of things, but definitely not now was the best time.“Did any of those vampires pass by your pack?”He gave a grim nod, his expression downcast. “Aye. A few hours ago. Many were still asleep at that time. By the time we could chase after them, they had already disappeared. They even hurt a few of our guards that put up a fight.”“That's unfortunate.” I glanced at him. “Which path do you think they would take from here?”He shook his head. “They are secretive creatures. However, they've been active in recent years. I'm not really sure about this, but I ha

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 49

Elijah’s POV Murmurs echoed around me as everyone exchanged uneasy glances. Apprehension filled the air. Bad news always traveled fast, but this wasn’t just bad news, it was something that could affect everyone when the time comes. It was a threat to their safety. Kylie had been kidnapped. Right inside our park’s jurisdiction. My hand clenched into a fist, heart pounding with unease. If they dare hurt her... I tried to calm myself, but my heart only clenched tighter. I glanced at Barkov. “Bring me to the place.” He didn’t hesitate. His expression was just as tight as mine as he turned to the others. “Training is dismissed until further notice!” he announced. I followed with a command, “Everyone should be prepared for any news at any time.” “Yes, Alpha!” came the united reply. Barkov and I exchanged a look. Then we moved. We charged into the woods, eyes sharp, senses spread to pick up any change. The air was cold, the weather chilly. I sniffed around – no vampire
