Her hands shook as she pushed the cover of the briefcase back, still holding the flashlight in her mouth. At first, Syanna was confused. All that was in the suitcase were packets of what seemed like candies. She took one from its holder and brought it to her nose. The scent of these ‘candies’ was familiar, but Syanna knew she hadn’t seen them before. Maybe Juliet liked them. Maybe they were her favourite snack.
