CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

The Angel squad began their presentation, the spectators watched with utmost interest. It was a beautiful performance till they got to a point and the two girls halted, staring back at each other with questionable looks.

"What is wrong?" The girl on blue asked her partner her grey eyes gleaming with worries.

"I can't remember the next lyrics." She gently removed the mike and whispered.

"What?" The other girl asked in disbelief, why would she forget?

"Angel squad, what is the problem?" The anchorman asked, the spectators watched them, the judges penned down their observations.

"Sir," The girl on blue said, "We can't continue anymore." She dropped the mike and faced her partner.

"I am sorry." They left the stage.

"A round of applause For Angel squad." The anchorman gingered the impatient spectators. "Now we will call on the next group."

The next group were called and they approached the stage and performed beautifully.

It kept going till it got to Contestant twenty, Mirabella and Lekky
