“Where is Snow?” Logan demanded the moment he felt her scent fade.

He turned sharply to Kai, who pressed his lips together, refusing to answer. He had seen her — standing right outside his dad’s office.

“Where is she?” Logan repeated, voice low and dangerous.

Kai sighed. “Your dad’s office,” he muttered.

Logan snapped. He stormed toward Kai and grabbed him by the shirt.

“What did I f**king tell you?” he yelled, his eyes burning with fury.
