Anastasia's pov

My father fell into his face, and for the first time, shock eluded my senses seeing an Alpha of respectable authority, on his face, before me.

"I apologize your Highness. I- I didn't expect you'd come to take her yourself."

"Is that an apology? or an excuse for trying to hit her." His voice was deep and husky, and I clenched my legs tight as I felt my arousal pool between them, my face flushed having him so close behind me.

I wondered... if he was this intimidating and devastatingly handsome, how would his other brothers be?

A man suddenly entered and Lycan Draven turned to him.

"Dante, have her follow us."

And without giving me another glance, he turned and left the room.

Dabte bowed as he left and I assumed he'd be a guard. His cold eyes met mine and I swallowed as I followed him, barely even paying heed to my family behind me.

None of them even said a word as I left and I didn't bother paying them any attention.

Soon, I got into a car and Dante sped up after another car which I assumed Lycan Draven was in.

I closed my eyes and steadied my breathing, hiding my shaky fingers under the small bag I had with me which contained my things.

Not that I had much to pack anyway. I had a few changes of clothes and my mother's things; the ruined journal, some of our pictures, which fortunately were still intact, a locket with our picture inside and an amulet with an emerald green jewel which I always wore, not only because It matched my eyes but because It was the last gift she had given me before she died and I promised myself never to take It off.

It was the most expensive thing I owned and many times, my step-family had tried to forcefully take It to sell but I didn't let them, even If it meant getting hit.

As the car approached the gloomy mansion of the Lycan Triplets', a sense of fear crept into my veins once again and I gripped my amulet, running my fingers over the pendant. It was something I usually did when I was nervous or anxious and strangely, It comforted me. Sometimes, I felt closer to my mum whenever I did that.

However, the comfort could not still conceal the heavy air that settled around the mansion like a thick mist when I got down clumsily, gripping my bag tight.

The mansion loomed before me, an imposing structure with intricate carvings; a testament to the Triplets' power and opulence.

The architectural beauty of the building exuded an air of darkness, the entrance resembling the gates of hell itself.

Lycan Draven got down, and I watched, unknowingly feeling a tense sensation run down my spine as his gaze met mine for a heated stare before he walked in without a word.

Dante soon alighted from the car. He was tall, towering over me with a foot and some inches. I was short so I was like 5'4" and he looked well over 6. He had short dirty blonde hair that settled like satin waves over his head and deep, probing brown eyes that looked like melted chocolate.

He was handsome, and despite his bulky muscles and intimidating appearance, had this calm demeanor around him. I almost felt safe in his presence but I would be stupid to trust anyone here.

A maid approached us and I took note of her uniform. A black pinafore over a white shirt and a white apron. Her hair was pulled up in a simple bun like the other Omegas I had come across while being driven further into the Lycan's domain.

She bowed as the driver shut the door behind me and approached us both, towering over us.

"Welcome, Beta Dante."

Beta Dante.

No wonder. For a driver, the aura he exuded was too strong and submissive. I had suspected he wasn't an ordinary driver sent to pick me up, but who would have thought It was the Beta of Belthemore? The Lycan Triplets' Beta.

He barely regarded the surprised look I threw at him as he ordered in a cold voice.

"Take her to the room and ensure she freshens up. Get her new clothes to change into as well."

"Yes, Beta" she turned to me, and I could see reluctance in her eyes before she said. "This way, Miss."

I followed her reluctantly, taking note of the confused but disapproving look she had given me. It was the same expression Dante had when he had come to pick me up.

She quietly led me to my room, the silence between us, tensed and uncomfortable.

What followed after we arrived in my new, spacious room was a whirlwind. Another maid joined her, and with their skillful hands and neutral expressions, they had washed and scrubbed me down till I thought my skin would peel. But then again I hadn't had a bath in a long while like this.

Soon, I got dressed in what looked like nightwear. For a moment, standing in Infront of the mirror and looking at my expression, I thought it was some kind of joke. The gown barely hid anything. It was a low neckline and exposed a great portion of my cleavage and it was so short, my whole thighs were in view.

I grew flustered as I pulled it down by the minute, but a maid soon slapped my hand away, and I grew even more flustered.

She had a strange look in her eyes as she looked at me. "Have you never done this before?"

Flushed, I shook my head nimbly as I licked my lips. "N- no."

"Well, whatever you do, you only have to follow two rules when meeting with the Lycans to ensure you don't lose your life. You have to do anything they say without hesitation, and you can't try to run away from them."

I swallowed, feeling like the room was closing in on me.

"If you can do this, you'll live far much longer than the others."

Suddenly, the door was pushed open and Lycan Draven walked in. He had a powerful body, with his muscles straining against the clothes he had changed into, and his hair was wet, some strands falling over his dangerously narrowed eyes.

"Leave us " His gaze didn't leave me for even a second, and the maids immediately scurried out after bowing.

I felt a lump in my throat as I stepped back just as he trailed after me in the room until the back of my knees stopped at the edge of the bed.

Finally, he moved.

"Y- Your Highness, what are you doing?!" Flustered, I asked out loud, eyes wide.

You abandoned me. Why come back to cause chaos?!” Anastasia yelled at her mum as she stomped her feet on the ground in anger demanding an answer. Queen Melina sneered at her daughter and shouted at her as her hands curved into fists, “You ungrateful witch! I have been protecting you and you claim I abandoned you?! Is that why you want to continue living among these wolves?!” “They are my mates! I am going to stay with them!” Anastasia shouted her words clearly and firmly. Draven looked at her with so much love after she made that bold statement to her mum. Queen Melina began to sob so suddenly as she began to speak softly and calmly, “I didn't mean to leave you, Anastasia. That was the only choice I had back then. The elders of your late Father would have killed me. I had to run away leaving you

Chapter 132 Draven appeared at Bethermore Mansion through the portal Darius had created earlier. He was outside the building and was about to run inside when a sudden force came throwing him at once. He landed on the wall of their fence and was so shocked as he tried to understand who had done that. Draven was surprised as he saw Hannah and Prince Anthony walking towards him. He stood up swiftly ready for their attack. Anthony suddenly used his magic to drag Draven towards him and made him immobile but Draven still tried to fight off the hold Anthony had on him even though it seemed to be draining him. He once again felt the way he had been when he had gotten kidnapped by the forbiddens. Hannah began laughing as she watched Draven struggle to free himself of Prince Anthony’s magical grip. “You all really should give up, Queen Melina is having a one-on-one talk with her long-lost daughter. Why would you want to intrude?” Prince Anthony asked in a mocking tone as he kicked Draven

Chapter 131 Hannah couldn't believe that Prince Anthony hadn't still let go of this notion of getting married to Anastasia. He hadn't been talking about her a lot like he used to, so she had thought his infatuation for her was dying slowly or had died completely. She then realized that he probably had been too occupied with the intense training that was why he hadn't been talking about her. Suddenly, while the warriors were still moving in sync, an arrow came out of nowhere and landed on one of their warrior’s chest, sending him down. Hannah gasped as that had broken through her thoughts and made her realize they were at war so she should keep such thoughts aside. They all froze for a minute and one of the warriors who was close to the one who got shot went to feel his pulse. “He's dead!” He announced and almost immediately more arrows plunged through the air landing on them and more warriors fell to the ground dead. Luna Ashena immediately screamed , “Attack! We can'

Chapter 130 “Finally, the day of our victory has arrived,” Hannah said aloud smiling as she began going around injecting the warriors with a special portion. It seemed like it caused pain because anyone who she injected seemed to fall to the ground writhing in pain for a while before getting his or herself back. Hannah smiled because that simply meant the portion was having its real effect on the warriors. Then she left it to the forbidden servants who she had been showing how to administer the injections. They all began doing it as they had watched her and she also gave directives to any of them who seemed to be lost or getting it wrong. Prince Anthony finally came to the clinic and Hannah upon seeing him carried a case of injections towards him. “Please have a seat,” Hannah said, smiling softly at Anthony. He nodded and did as she had instructed. “It’s going to sting and I can't promise that it will be little,” Hannah said as she prepared to inject the portion into him. Ant

Chapter 129 Alexa laughed and playfully pulled at Damien’s cheek. “You look so surprised Damien, I am your mate remember? Your very first mate. I know you and maybe even more than you know yourself,” Alexa said to him and Damien nodded as he honestly had to believe what she had just said. He had honestly thought he had hidden his worry over the Hannah issue away but now he just realized that Alexa had still noticed. No matter how hard he had tried to conceal it. She had still gotten a whiff of it. Damien went ahead to rest his head on Alexa’s chest as she tugged on him lightly He stayed there for a while listening to her heartbeat. Alexa inhaled deeply and exhaled softly then suddenly her body became tense and Damien raised his head at once looking at her in alarm. “What is it?” He asked suddenly, looking worried now. “I have gotten an idea, Damien,” Alexa said, still looking at the map and then at him as she smiled broadly. “What is that?* Damien asked curious.
