After discussing which maid to assign, Alvina apologized to Julian.

“Forgive us for doubting you, Julian. You shouldn't blame us for this because it isn't easy that you will see your children lying dead, and you won't feel hurt even though you know about it.” Alvina spoke with a calm expression as she stood a few inches away from Julian.

Julian rolled his eyes and took his face away from her direction as he folded his arms above his chest.

He pretended as though he weren't going to forgive them, yet he understood what Alvina was talking about and the pain she felt at that moment.

“Come on, you should understand what she's talking about, Julian. All we ask is to forgive us, and we promise that such a thing won't happen again.” Alpha Ryder pleaded with Julian, who was yet to say something.

At last, he responded and said to them, “Well, who am I not to forgive you when we're all humans who make mistakes? So… I have forgiven you, but such a thing shouldn't happen again, please.”
