Chapter 1

Hugo picked up his phone without slowing down his thrusts and almost growled in the phone.

“It should be important Luca.” He gritted his teeth to hear Luca chuckling on the other end.

“Wait, did I disturb you?” Luca could never leave a chance to get on his nerves.

“The fuck Luca.” Hugo wrapped the hair of the girl currently being pounded into and screaming like a bitch in heat, though he hated her over dramatic porno moans, but he had not laid in three days, so yes.

“Okay, I just had to say that the debt had been collected from the people in the list from the central region. Now tell me when do wwe need to score the southern areas? Also, the shipment for the Bratva is loaded and sent. Their Pakhan had personally collected that.

The payment is received in the account, now… Hugo, fuck sake, shut her up.” This time Hugo laughed at his friend who must be gritting his teeth in annoyance. To be honest, even his ears were starting to bleed.

He picked up her discared piece of cloth and stuffed into her mouth before flipping her on her four and rammed inside her once again. He was just this close and he didn’t care if she had cum or not. And that happened exactly.

“Now tell me, I am done.” He managed to zip up his pants as he was fully dressed and tossed a few bills at the bed before leaving the room.

His guards followed him closely as they exit the hallway and entered the VIP.

Luca saw him and hung up the phone before motioning the waitress to bring in the drink for Hugo.

“Tell me now.” He gulped the scotch and turned towards Luca who tskd but told the details again.

Hugo listened to him attentively, but Luca knew his mind would be weaving plans and schemes.

“We own the three fourth of Southern estates right? Its time to visit our old friend.” Hugo cut off whatever Luca was saying and a snister smile appeared on his lips. Luca could hear his gears working.

“When?”Luca picked up his own drink matching the menancing look of his boss.

“Tomorrow works best.” Hugo stood up, straightening his jacket and tied up his hair into a bun. His inked black knuckles were imprinted with the number of people he murdered since he was 16. 16 years of being the head of the Mafia and no one could ever beat him, not if they wanted to live anyway.

“Do you think he would have arranged for the payment?” Luca fell into steps with him as they both exited the club and Hugo moved toward his G Wagon. Luca took the keys from him and opened the door to the driving seat while Hugo sinked in the passenger seat. His skin was overheated with all the exertion and warm in the club and the AC felt cool.

Luca waved his fingers in the air, signalling his guards to take positions and took off. The drive to the aparment complex was half an hour and it was mostly filled with silence. And Luca knew Hugo would only talk once he was fresh and after having dinner. They were together for as long as Luca could remember and he knew Hugo like the back of his palm.

It was almost after an hour that they both settled in Hugo’s office. It was the work time now and Luca knew now Hugo was in his factor.

“I know he ha dnot arranged the payment as of yet because honestly we never bothered him much, but its enough now. People are taking my silence as my weakness and I have to remind them I am the boss and they cannot run away from me.” Hugo spoke in his signature cold tone. Luca hummed in agree. In their line of work, their was no place of emotions and weaknesses. They had to keep a check on everyone in their territory and so far not even a leaf was displaced.

Everyone knew their life was hanging by threads in Hugo’s hands and no one was spared. Not even a new born child was free of the debt and his life was already signed up for the Italian Mafia and sooner or later the payment would be collected.

They finished their work until midnight and only then Hugo signalled Luca to the go to his panthouse a floor under his own. He walked to the floor to roof windows and looked at his city sleeping. There were some who were still on the roads but the power of owning everyone was making Hugo sigh in relief. No one could take what he had.

          ----

Caterina pulled out the trays of freshly baked cupcakes and cookies and put them on the cooling racks and placed the new trays in the oven. She pulled off the gloves and wiped her forehead off any invisible sweat.

She had just tried her new recipe and she was loving every bit of the colorful cupcakes spread in front of her. She knew she had to put them in the freezer for a bit before icing them. It took her another fifteen minutes and everything was settled as she wanted. And now she knew she only had 20 minutes of rest, not that she wanted, but she knew once the café opens, she wont be able to sit for a while.

She was handling the kitchen for last three years with her father, once she completed her high school. She wanted to join a proper culinary institute where she could hone her skills. She had got all her bkaing skills from her mother’s family. Her grandmother and aunts had a fine hand in baking all kind of sweets and now she had taken over it.

She only had her father since her mother passed away five years ago. She was happy with the life she was living, but yes she would miss her often.

“Papa, I have placed the new batch in the oven and I am free for fifteen minutes. Do you want me to do anything?” She went to her father behind the register who smiled and shook his head.

“No child, take rest for a while. The café will be opening in half an hour and you wont be able to sit then. Go check the sitting area and see if we need anything?” Her papa looked at her, smiling affectionately at her.

“I have already checked it Papa. Everything is settled.” She took a seat with her father, discussing the new receipe she had tried when the doors to the café opened and slammed shut.

They both frowned to see who the intruder was since they had not opened the doors yet. She saw 4 armed men came inside their café and before she could say anything, her body stiffen beside her father.

“Mr. Martino.” She whispered and it was perfectly heard by the said man who raised his eyebrow in confirmation.

“Child, go inside.” Her father tried to push her away but it was already late. She had caught the eyes of the man her father wanted to save her from.

“Whats the hurry?” Hugo pulled the chair and seated as comfortably as he owned it, well he did, didn’t he. Luca kept standing behind his chair His stance casual but Caterina knew well. She had heard rumors about Luca wearing six different knives on his body that no one could ever trace. Not alive at least.

“Come have a seat.” Hugo pulled out another seat for Vittori but he kept standing in front of him. He knew his place. Hugo tskd, looking at Luca who understood. He simply put his hands on his shoulder and forced him to take a seat.

Caterina was about to turn and go to hide but a wave of finger was enough to keep her rooted on her place.

“So Vittori, I heard your business is growing fast. I heard you want to expand the café?” Hugo leaned in his chair, putting one foot on his other knee. All dominant. Caterina looked at her father gulped subtly. Obviously nothing can be hidden from Hugo, the king.

“Ah yes, yes sir.” Vittori replied in a careful tone.

“Then you must…. Whats this smell?” Suddenly Hugo stoped to sniff the waft coming from the kitchen.

“Oh.” Caterina ran towards the kitchen followed by one of Hugo’s men, right as the oven tinged. Without noticing the mountain of a man following her, she quickly pulled the trays and set them on the cooling rack. She pulled out the chilled cupcakes from the freezer and thanked the gods above that she managed to save them from freezing completely.

She took out the icing and began decorating them in colorful treats. She finished the icing but before she could store them, the tray was gone.

“Hey, that’s my cupcakes.” She huffed in annoyance following the guard, who brought the tray to the table where Hugo was sitting.

“Now that’s what we call deal breaker, yeah?” Hugo smiled and picked up one cupcake. He sniffed it and took a cautious bite. “Who made them?” He asked Caterina who only narrowed her eyes at him.

The audacity of this man. First he barged in her café and now stole her cupcakes.

“Well Vittori, I believe you will think about the offer and I shall wait for a positive response. Because you know, one way or another, I get what I want.” He stood up gesturing his guards but not before picking up another cupcake followed by his men.

“I… yes sir.” Caterina looked at her father and then at Hugo and the way his lips stretched into a sinful smile, she knew something big was at stake, but what coul it be.

  • Sold to Mafia   Chapter 47

Chapter 47 stm Hugo was way more gentle than what she was used to. And every whisper of tenderness and care was setting her soul on fire. She wanted him to be rough and merciless so that she could have some bitter memories of him than torturing herself of how sweet he was. She looked at him with a silent plea in her eyes. He kept his pace slow and tender, removing every piece of cloth from her body, leaving a trail of kisses behind his fingers. “Hugo please”.... She whimpered at the antagonizing speed. “What happened, Rina?”. He paused his hands at her ankle before leaning in to place a soft kiss on her foot and then moved his journey up her beautiful calves and inner knee. Caterina arched her back feeling the teeth softly nipping at her inner thighs, close to the apex between her legs. “Tell me what do you want?” Hugo blew cold air on her sensitive spot, making her shiver in pleasure. “Please…..”. “Please what? You know you need to be specific”. Hugo was looking at her with a

  • Sold to Mafia   Chapter 46

Chapter 46 stm Hugo looked keenly at her from the rim of his glass. He could see the defiance in her eyes but he would lie if it didn't turn it on. He always loved the fight in her and now he knew she had all the reasons to be angry at him. He was fighting with himself for long and he knew Luca won't spare a chance if he let Caterina spare from his grasp. He wasn't ready to lose her anyway because she had broke him for any girl. It was just last night when Anita had a talk to him about Caterina. He was actually shocked to listen to her that she was ready to hit on her since her fiance, Kate, was also mesmerized by her beauty and intelligence from where they met her once or twice. ‘I think you are ready to give her up and if there is any chance, I will be the one to grab her and I will take her away with me to Spain’. She said in clear words, shocking him to the core. ‘and what about your fiance?’ ‘well, I never take any decision alone. Kate is with me in it of course. We are re

  • Sold to Mafia   Chapter 45

Chapter 45 stmShe locked the cafe and turned around to face the parking lot. Her lips stretched to see Luca leaning with his car, obviously waiting for her. She giggled when he waved a little as if she wasn't giving him all her attention. She took a few steps but just then the gravel crunched under the wheels of an all too familiar black SUV stopping in front of them. She frowned to see Hugo stepping out of the driving seat, wearing his black dress, specified for him during his WORK. He stopped in front of her, hands in his pocket. He looked at both of them and his lips curved up a bit. “Did I disturb any plans?” He asked in a casual mood as if gossiping. “Not that I had any. But may I know the pleasure of your visit?” Caterina asked, crossing her arms on her chest. She was tired of this cat and mouse play. By this point she was actually skeptical about what Luca told her about Anita if that was any true or not. Seems like she was BI more than a lesbian. Well who wouldn't for H

  • Sold to Mafia   Chapter 44

Chapter 44 stm Caterina had almost reserved herself back into her shell. She had seen how Luca changed towards her. From being cold and distant to very caring and a strong support for her. How couldn't she see his eyes changing for her but she was too scared to lose her heart again. She knew Luca wasn't subtle anymore. She was busy cleaning the machines and counters since it was the least

  • Sold to Mafia   Chapter 43

Chapter 43 stm“Where are we going?” Caterina asked Hugo as he bypassed the road to their penthouse. “Would you like to go to a long drive with me?” Hugo asked her in a hesitant tone. “Don't you think it's too late to ask? I mean it's clear that you have already decided”. Caterina said, leaning in her seat. “No, I can turn around if this is what you want?” Hugo slowed down his car, looking at her. “No. I am okay going on a long drive with you”. She said simply, turning to see the night running through the window of the car. “Is it easy to go along Luca than me?” She was actually confused at this question from him. He wasn't looking at her but the grip of his hands on the steering wheel was saying otherwise. “Sir Luca is like a friend to me. Nothing else”. “And me?” He couldn't help but ask. He didn't know why he wanted a confirmation or assurance. “What about you? You are in no comparison with sir Luca. You are the man who, I don't know, kidnapped me or rescued me. You gave m

  • Sold to Mafia   Chapter 42

Chapter 42 stm.Hugo woke up late in the morning. He instantly regretted as he sat up quickly in the bed and held his head with both hands. He had a high tolerance level for alcohol but last night he underestimated the vodka he consumed with Luca and even after he left. He wanted to persue Caterina again but how? He knew he had spread so much lie around himself that it would be hard for her to believe him. But it was worth a try right? He took a shower to get fresh and after ages, he wore her favorite black pants and caramel colored shirt. He rolled up the sleeves to his elbow and smiled inwardly, remembering how she would gaze at his arms whenever he would roll up his shirt sleeves. He brushed his hair back into a messy bun just like she liked and once he was satisfied with his looks, he confidently stride outside to greet her, or in other words, trying to woo her. “Whoa… someone looking hot eh”. He smirked looking at Anita who was having a toast, sitting on the kitchen stool.
