Raben's point of view

When I woke up, it was already night. My room was already dark, but thanks to my werewolf sight, I could see just fine.

I pulled myself into a sitting position and rubbed my eyes. I haven’t slept for three days as I monitored the child that was bitten by a snake. I yawned and stretched my hands. I slept well. And since Keeran was off I don’t know where, I think I’m fine for a couple of days.

“Hmmm, you sleep so well, Raven.”

I paused. My brain took a second to process the voice I heard. That can’t be right. Keeran’s not here. I looked in the direction where the voice came and I saw Keeran, wearing a black robe, sitting on the couch with a glass on his hand.

“W-what are you doing here!?”

Keeran rolled his eyes.

“This is my pack and my house. I have to answer that,” he said. “I was waiting for you to wake up because Cora said you’ve been exhausted for the past three days. That's why when I saw you sleeping this morning, I didn’t wake you up,” he said.
