Chapter sixty-six

Writer's POV

Mia and Alex ate beet patties, pop corn, drank hot chocolate, and ate ice cream scones.

Then they began walking further into the park, merging into the crowd of people. With Alex following behind, like her personal body guard.

And then Mia spotted a teddy she liked.

"Its so cute." She cooed, slapping her hands together.

Alex slipped out his wallet to pay for it when Mia put out her hand to stop him.

"No, it's not for sale. You would play the bottle shoot and if you're on a clear stand on eight levels, yoou'd get the teddy."She finished, then pointed at the instruction to him

"So, you want me to get it for you?" Alex asked her. He was in some sort of confused state. But little did he know what Mia had in mind.

She wanted to play the game and win the teddy for herself.

And she surprised him by saying "No, I'll get it myself."
