Chapter 48
The dark-haired man hid behind the bushes in the garden on the Bandit property. He watched as Mr. Bandit paced back and forth in front of his office window. He enjoyed seeing the man scared. He was painted as a criminal when he tried to do what he thought was best. Ben Bandit turned his wife against him and ruined him. His whole life fell apart because of Ben Bandit.
“This is only the beginning ben,” the man growled to himself. “You will regret the day you were born.”
The dark-haired man was ready to serve justice. For he felt he deserved it, and more.

Ben Bandit P.O.V(Flashback)“Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Bandit! It’s a boy!” beamed the doctor.We were both at Belle’s doctor’s appointment and today was the day her doctor told us what the gender of our baby was. We didn’t care what gender our child was. Joe Bandit P.O.VI shut the door behind me, after exiting my father’s office. Leaned against the door, my head falling back from exhaustion from the news I revived. I feel like I got the wind knocked right out of me. Finding out about what happened between my parents and Chasity’s parents. My mind couldn’t help but think of the horrible consequence if Mrs. Dawson had shot my father. My mother would be a widow trying her best to raise her child all alone.My heart hurt just thinking of it. Sighing, I went to one of the guestrooms in this house, not wanting to see anyone yet. I needed to think of what I would tell Chasity and how I would tell her. My palms started to sweat and I haven’t even told her yet. I walked to the balcony of the room and leaned against the rail. Staring off into the distance, my mind thinks of Chasity. Thinking about wanting to spend more time with her, I pull out my phone to text her.
