"Honey, I... I can't take it anymore. I'm burning up."

We were stuck in traffic on the way to see the doctor, the red light ahead bringing everything to a standstill. I sat in the passenger seat, my legs crossing unconsciously. My face was flushed, my breathing ragged.

I looked at my husband, Derek Sutton, beside me with pleading eyes, my chest heaving.

I had no idea when this condition started, but whenever it hit, the need became unbearable. I'd even had to slip away to the restroom during work hours just to get some relief.

It got to the point where Derek dreaded seeing me like this.

"Christ, not again. I'm driving, for God's sake," Derek muttered, his eyes flashing with disgust when he glanced at me.

I felt a pang of hurt, but I knew he couldn't help me right now. I started rummaging desperately through the glove compartment. My fingers finally closed around a small vibrator.

I pulled it out like I'd found treasure, my eyes lighting up with relief. I brought it to my lips and moistened it with my tongue.

We'd decided to see the doctor on short notice that day, so I was still in my work attire. I was wearing a black pencil skirt, blazer, and black stockings.

I hiked up my skirt with trembling, eager hands. My fingers fumbled with the waistband of my stockings, shaking too much to pull them down properly. In desperation, I just tore a hole through the middle.

The vibrator hummed to life in my hand, and the immediate relief made my face flush even deeper.

"Honey... oh God... Derek..."

I reached for his hand instinctively, but he jerked away.

"I said I'm driving! Leave me alone!"

Rejected, I felt a sting of hurt, but waves of sensation washed over me, drowning out every other thought until they converged into a single desperate need. I needed more.

My hand moved urgently, the soft sounds making my heart race even faster. The sensation felt like floating on clouds.

"Jesus Christ, you can't even wait ten minutes," Derek snapped.

The scent filling the cramped car must have grown too strong, so he cracked the window. He was completely unconcerned that his wife was falling apart right beside him.

I kept going, unsatisfied, and fumbled with the buttons of my blouse. I tugged hard enough that the fabric strained, creating a perfect arch.

The sharp sensation made everything more intense. My head tipped back against the seat, and my unfocused gaze drifted toward the window.

Then I went completely still. In the car next to ours, I saw a pair of eyes behind glasses looking directly at me.

Our gazes locked. He saw me. Shock rippled through me like a lightning bolt, and I froze in place.

Those eyes were so calm, betraying no emotion whatsoever. He just watched me.

But somehow, my hand didn't stop. Instead, a strange thrill shot through me. It was a forbidden excitement at being watched by a stranger while Derek sat right there, oblivious.

It made everything more intense. The pleasure spiked. His gaze felt like invisible hands sliding from my face down to my collarbone, touching every part of me.

I couldn't look away from him.

That entire day was pure torture. The moment I got off work at five, I rushed to Caleb's office. I was desperate for him, practically out of my mind with need.He kept me there for over three hours, using me thoroughly. Afterward, the fire inside me finally dimmed. He tossed me a pack of wipes to clean myself up again. Then, his phone rang, and he stepped out. I got dressed, ready to leave, when I noticed something on his computer screen. It looked like a medical report. My eyesight was excellent. I could clearly see my name at the top. Something compelled me to take a closer look. The moment I read the contents, my eyes widened in shock. My entire body started trembling uncontrollably. This wasn't a treatment report. It was an experiment log.It stated clearly that I'd had no mental illness when this started. Through systematic psychological manipulation, I'd been conditioned to believe I had a sex addiction. The notes detailed how effective the conditioning had been. In just

The afternoon session must have given me a massive release, because I felt languid the entire drive home. When Derek and I got back, I ordered takeout, showered, and went straight to bed. For the first time in weeks, I didn't pester Derek for more. The next morning, I woke to find Derek watching me with obvious satisfaction."It looks like it really is psychological. The treatment's working. You didn't act up once last night." He patted my shoulder as he spoke."I know this might be embarrassing for you, but it's for your own good. This condition has been seriously affecting our lives and our work."Derek and I worked at the same company. This condition had made my life hell over the last month. I had fallen behind on so much work. If Derek hadn't been covering for me, management would've noticed by now.But doing two people's jobs was exhausting him, which was why we'd finally gone to see someone yesterday.I opened my mouth, wanting to tell him about what really happened. But

By the time dusk fell, Caleb finally released me, satisfied.Despite the physically demanding afternoon, Caleb looked completely composed as he got dressed. He grabbed a pack of wet wipes from the desk and tossed them to me."Clean yourself up."My brain was still flooded with pleasure, my body still tingling with aftershocks. My fingers trembled so badly that I could barely hold the wipes. The entire office smelled of what we'd done. I could see damp spots on the couch and floor that hadn't dried yet, evidence of how intensely I'd lost control. After about five minutes, I managed to make myself somewhat presentable. My clothes were wrinkled but wearable. My stockings were ruined, so I threw them in the trash. My underwear was soaked through. I helplessly took them off and discarded them as well. When I stepped out, I found Caleb and Derek already deep in conversation. My heart lurched. I wanted to rush forward, but my legs were too weak. I could only approach slowly."...Your

"Please… Don't…"Caleb was clearly twice Derek's size. For a moment, fear cut through everything else. Guilt toward my husband briefly cleared my head.I instinctively tried to pull away, but Caleb didn't stop me. He just stood there, his eyes completely devoid of desire as he watched me coldly."I won't force you. Whether you want deeper treatment is entirely up to you."Did I want it?I pressed my thighs together unconsciously. I felt like thousands of ants were crawling over my skin. I desperately needed something to soothe the ache. And right in front of me was something even bigger than my vibrator. My body responded instantly. My mouth went dry as I stared at him, unable to look away.It was fine. I was just getting treatment. The doctor said this was necessary, so it had to be fine.I kept telling myself this, over and over, until I finally couldn't resist anymore. "Doctor, please help me!"My voice shook with anticipation. I expected him to start the treatment immedia

What were the odds? This man was the doctor Derek found for me, and it seemed that they were old friends. That meant he'd seen everything in the car. What must he think of me?Shame crashed over me like a wave. I grabbed Derek's hand instinctively, but he was already heading for the door with barely concealed impatience."I brought you here to get help. Stop making a fuss. I'll wait outside."He flashed the therapist a smile before leaving. Panic rose in my chest. How could Derek just trust him like this? He was leaving his wife alone in a room with a strange man, and he wasn't even worried?Once the door closed, I realized the soundproofing in this office was exceptional. I couldn't hear anything from outside. There was only the ticking of the wall clock and a faint trickling sound, like running water. Something about it felt familiar, but I couldn't place where I'd heard it before."Ms. Lester, please have a seat."Caleb Walden gestured to the couch. I sat down, and he took

Those eyes stayed fixed on me, completely emotionless. My mind had been completely overtaken. Every nerve in my body seemed to gather in my lower abdomen."Derek... Please... Help me… Please help me..."Maybe it was being watched by a stranger that made everything more intense. I kept begging Derek for help, but my gaze stayed locked on those eyes in the car beside us."Christ, can't you just sit still?" Derek snapped. He honked the horn impatiently, but the cars ahead were completely gridlocked. There was nowhere to go.Derek irritably grabbed the vibrator from my hand and shoved it in hard."Ah!"The sudden intensity made me cry out. My body arched sharply, and my toes curled.I didn't care that we were still on a public street or that someone was watching. In that moment, some dark part of me almost wished the stranger would get out of his car and walk over—that he would open my door, pull me out, and take me right there in front of everyone.More. I needed more.My body t
