20 minutes ago, was when my parents left and when I was forced to come here.

This place... It's not bad but Cole being here just makes it like hell. He's such an arrogant, cocky bastard. Always making me feel self conscious and anxious, the way he makes me feel in a single conversation is equivalent to how I feel in a crowd.

My heart bearing fast. The sweaty palms, erratic breaths. Too much. That's what it fucking is, just too much.

Not that Lora isn't nice, she's great. Offered me food, got to love that. But I know she knows exactly what Cole is like; the criminal record, the weeks in juvie – I mean of course she knows she's had to bail him out every time.

Yet she's still as oblivious as ever to the way he speaks to me, acts around me, she just doesn't see it.
