24 Too much gifts

Bryne packs the last of my bags into the trunk of the car and gets into the car. "All set?" he asks and I nod.

"You sure about this?" He places his hand on my laps.

"Yeah"

"Alright" he sighs and starts the car.

"I'm sorry about all the stress" I look down at my laps.

"You don't have to be" He looks briefly at me before returning his eyes to the road. "I put myself through this when I kidnapped you"

"Now you're admitting you kidnapped me right?"

"Well, technically I didn't kidnap you" he shrugs

I rest more into the couch and turn my head, looking outside the window. Honestly I'm not ready for anything, I'm not ready to face Cole, I'm not ready to stay without Bryne around me, I know you'd ask how I stayed without him for nearly five months but that was different, then I forced myself to think I got over him, to think I hated him but now I'm almost helpless without him.
