Chapter Thirty-Three:- I'm sorry Lucas.
"Arissa," Lucas remained to call my name as he began to knock on the door.
I stopped walking around the room nervously. My body lowered to the floor weak from what was happening. I couldn't handle it.
"Arissa," he kept on calling.
I got up and stood still. Soon I find myself heading downstairs. My body trembled as I got close to the door by the sound of Lucas repeatedly calling me and knocking as he did. I stood at the door, afraid to open it. I was so afraid of breaking his heart.
"You have to do this," I said strongly as tears filled my eyes.
My right hand shook as it reached for the doorknob and even more as my heart started to throb heavily opening the door.
"Arissa," Lucas called me happily as I opened the door.
Soon he began to stare at me seeing tears within my eyes.
"What is wrong, Arissa?" he inquires me worried.
My eyes turn away from his, not wanting to look him in the eyes as I was about to break his heart.
