Erin had always been a hard worker, dedicated to her job and committed to doing her best in everything she did. So, when she accepted the position as Lucas’ new assistant, she had high hopes for the job. After all, she had an impressive resume and had received glowing recommendations from her previous employers.

However, her enthusiasm quickly waned when she met her new boss. For one, Lucas was obnoxiously childish, always cracking jokes and making inappropriate comments. Erin found it hard to take him seriously and resented having to work for someone so unprofessional.

He was constantly questioning her abilities and undermining her authority, making it clear that he had no intention of letting her take charge.
