"I will see you in a while." I smiled at one of my colleague, 'Mike'. Thank goodness, people here were not as mean as I had imagined. Whole day I did not get even a second of relief because of the workload but on the insistence of my other colleagues I went to lunch with them to a nearby restaurant so that we could know each other well.

I wanted to return early so that I could get some work done and Mike insisted to accompany me. By the way Mike was like a typical boy next door type. Blonde, blue eyes, sweet talk, flirt and all, but all in all, there were good vibes coming from him. And that was enough for me let him flirt with me harmlessly while I laughed my ass off at his silly pick up lines.

Just as I put my bag down and bid goodbye to Mike, my telephone started ringing.
