My eyes flew to the door to see my mum standing there with a bright smile as she walked over to were I stood with a tray containing covered dishes.
"Hey mum" I smiled back nervously.
"Where are you going to,you should be resting" She scolded as she walked over to my bedside table. She set the tray gently on the table before turning back to face me.
"I'm fine mum, I only fainted, I didn't have an accident" I am sick and tired of being treated like a patient who had a terrible accident.
"The doctor said you need..." I didn't let her finish her sentence. I already knew what she'll say.
"I've rested enough already" I frowned.
"Where are you going to" She scanned me from head to toe. I was thankful she didn't push the topic about me resting further.
