Chapter Eight- I can't wait to make you my wife

Isabella's point of view.

Personally I thought Jason looked horrified at the thought of getting married to me. But when I thought about it later on, anyone would be horrified at the thought of getting married to their twin brother's betrothed.

He turned to look at his side, like he couldn't look at me anymore.

"I can't get married to you Meda, I thought that was what your betrothal to my brother was for," He raised his hand upwards for dramatic effect perhaps, "I don't care about you enough to take you away from your future husband"

Jason had always been the blunt twin, the one who said whatever he wanted without the fear of anyone or even the risk of punishment. I didn't expect him to agree immediately but his words weren't even encouraging enough to continue.

I took a seat by his side and stared at the stars too. Perhaps I might annoy him into an agreement or something.
